Overall clean property. Don’t like that my room smelled like dog. Luckily, they were kind enough to change my room. They aren’t allowed to mention which rooms have had pets in them, nor do they have specified rooms for pets. That needs to change.

I liked the comfort of beds, the breakfast options, close to highway and restaurants. Did not like pillows.
Modern, clean, pleasant room configurations, desk/chair, decent bed (this one creaked and groaned a lot), shower with seat, modern, interesting bathroom sink, clean, well-stocked kitchenette, VERY capable air conditioning.
Staff was very friendly, and the suite style rooms were very convenient.

Elizabeth at the front desk had first class customer service. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome, after a long trip and late a night. She also went above and beyond in securing me an item that helped me in my stay.
We loved the snacks that were available! Quite a variety of choices. The room was very spacious. It really was a great deal for a quality stay.
Hotel had everything that you would need. Both in the rooms and at the hotel in general. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Very clean and affordable price.
Hotel was worth the money, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Only negatives were bed cover had black crayon-like marks on it and bathroom had hair on the sink. Both are easily fixed but detracted from overall good experience.
