This was our first experience with Home2 and we really enjoyed it. We picked this location because it is in between Pittsburgh and Grove City Outlets. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as shopping. The room was nice because it had a couch to relax and watch TV. It also had a full refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher. This made it nice to bring food or store leftovers. The room was very clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast included some healthier options that were very tasty. If security is a concern for you, this is the place because you can't use the elevator without a keycard. Our only complaint is that the bed was a bit harder than we are used to, but we would stay here again.

Arrived late to find no access or directions on parking (after midnight). No contact via phone, text, or email on disruption to access. Had to drag luggage up stairs & around to front for access. (Either patio/side entry was up stairs ltd but still a pain at midnight)

Neat place given that some rooms can accommodate 6 people. People working there were extremely friendly but not at all in an annoying way. Room 209 needs a deep cleaning. Check the baseboards in the kitchen and bathroom and the upper ring around the sink in the bathroom and please wipe the table down… I would still stay again.

We only stayed for one night, but I can see how if you needed to stay several days or weeks, you would choose this hotel. The safe was slow, and apologetic, the elevator “broke” shortly after we got there. The breakfast in the morning was one of the nicer breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel, so I could see someone who’s living there would appreciate that.

I’ve been staying at Home2 Suites in Cranberry Twp for the last few years, when I return home for a visit. The customer service is outstanding and for the most part the facility is kept clean. I have notice however, during the last couple stays, that things are beginning to look “weathered”. The furniture is worn, the carpet is stained etc. I think it could use a little refresh.

Only complaint is the sofabed. When we opened it we saw crumbs and a forgotten sock. Obviously had not been vacuumed recently. The sofa was quite soiled and the mattress was worn out. Great location for many restaurants and shopping. Took care of our request for daily housekeeping.
