Previously stayed here 2015, disappointed as service went downhill. Booked Suite and got room with bed and no furniture. Demanded and got a small room with furniture and leaking sink. Breakfast? not edible, dish water coffee, micro muffins! Ate out for $5.00 and had Full meal. Don't stay here, get a real hotel within one mile for same price. All New Renovations are a joke here,

Awesome stay Great location... Newly renovated Hotel. Owner has put some money into hotel. Staff was very helpful. Restaurants and stores in walking distance. They also offers park and fly along with free shuttle to Airport. Love it:)

This inexpensive motel is good for a night or two. It's recently been renovated and is clean and decent. For the price, not much is to be expected, but a clean, safe accommodation is provided. The people who work at this motel are not very warm or friendly, which seemed to be a problem for other people reviewing the place, but I did not mind. There is lots of parking and lots of nice restaurants available within walking distance. As was pointed out, the breakfast provided at the motel is pretty bad, but given how much I saved by staying here in the first place, I was happy to buy my own breakfast offsite.

we stayed here one night for an early flight and left our car there because when you get back you call them and they send a shuttle bus to pick you up. Arrived back on Sat. evening at 8:30, started calling them and 45 minutes later after no one answering we had to get a cab. When I went in the office to let them know I was not happy I should have been have way home by now they just replied yes we just realized our phones were not working. No we are sorry, let us pay for the cab, I had to tell them that they were paying me back for what it cost me, and no response again.....finally the manager said to the clueless person sitting there to pay me what I had spent.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Newly renovated rooms and hallways. The carpeting, bedding, furniture, light fixtures, appliances, television were brand new, modern and fashionable. The bed was comfortable and roomy bathroom. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was delicious also. The hotel is minutes away from IKEA and many, many other great retailers. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone!

This property had recently been remodeled but don't let the fancy digs fool you. Our room was terrible. Our air conditioning broke in the middle of the night and it was Hot and humid. We opened the window and there was no screen. The room was dusty, the bathroom floor was dirty or stained and the door lock was broken off. The shelves above the microwave were extremely dusty, and someone before us had written in the dust "dust me". We will not stay again.

This hotel was very deceiving in the pictures posted online. They never expressed that renovations were being done. The Lobby area where the so called breakfast area was dirty. Fleas were flying around the food area, They should tell people that it is bagels, toast or cereal. The juice machine was out of order, so they apple juice & fruit punch in big containers. Not sanitary for me. Horrible coffee, only powdered creamer, disgusting. I asked to use a restroom upon check in & was told down the hall, it was a hotel room 113, that was filled with broken microwaves, irons, TV'S and basically trash. The beds were way old & soft. No dresser to place your clothes in. Water pressure in the Shower was very slow. The smoke alarm had been disconnected and removed. The man cleaning came right in the room behind my husband, he had to tell him to come back and he coped a attitude. My room key had to be recoded 3 times, it never worked. We came to learn it was owned by A family or families from India and they all lived on the 3rd floor of the hotel. There was even a vegetable garden out back. The employees were always lurking aroun, it was very spooky. I was not able to get a refund, as I did not want to stay there. The front door of the hotel didn't lock, no security for the guests. The rooms and hallways smelled of stench.

I stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend, I am never coming back here again. You get what you pay for… and we picked this place for the FREE airport shuttle and the location as well as distance to and from the airport because of our super early flight…! We check in and I ask about the airport shuttle, she tells us it’s not FREE and it cost like $10 per person and only parking is free. I didn’t even ask about parking… and she continues to ramble on, I can barely understand her accent and unfriendly tone she was using towards me… like I am asking about something that was stated as free on the website and on the travel website I booked it from. Anyway, that wasn’t even the end of it. The next day, we tried to print out tickets for our flight the next day, the computer and printer they had, the printer had no paper and it wasn’t because it just ran out it was purposely like that. So, we went to the front desk to ask for some paper (same lady from check in) and we got one piece of paper. We asked for SOME and we are 2 people here at least give us 2 pieces…??? We tried to print our ticket on the one piece of paper we got from her and the computer is programmed to not print any type of image related stuff.. so that was a fail. I’m not even going to argue it because I’ll just not understand a single word she says. Btw, I will not call this as a business center if I can't do the basics such as print a piece of paper. I am not printing a book here, quit being so stingy. Great, another thing happened.. our room key wouldn’t let us in at one point so we had to go to the front and ask about it. Not even kidding, she’s not friendly, not respectful and have NO manners at all. Like answer us or give us a response… she doesn’t say Hi when we say Hi.. all she says is room number? and when she’s done with our card she just puts it on the table without any other comment???? Like are you done or are you not??? Super annoying… like have some customer service you’re in the hospitality industry. We didn’t end up taking their shuttle because we were not willing to pay $20 to something that should have been free and who knows where the money is going to, I’m sure they are just pocketing it all and charging people! If you end up in this situation, definitely just take an uber or lyft, we took an uber and it was only $13 and definitely a less sketchy ride than the one from the hotel. In conclusion, I would avoid this hotel at all costs… yeah, you save money, but you end up spending more money when you don’t realize they can make something free into not free. Also, the first floor was renovating and the hotel smells funny and the elevator definitely smells weird. Rooms are ok, not spacious at all and housekeeping over reacts when we ask for a box of tissue because our box was empty.

My wife and I stayed here for one weekend night as we did some shopping in the area. We stayed here a couple of years ago when it was a Microtel and it was a good deal. But it is very clear that the structure needs some attention. The staff are very kind. But our room was showing general wear and the heating unit and the TV were not up to par. The breakfast selection is very limited. What makes all of this somewhat acceptable is the somewhat competitive price. Still, all in all, if we spend another night in Robinson it likely will not be here.

Rooms vary greatly in size from a 1 bed to 2 bed and only the 2 bed rooms have a fridge and microwave. Some thing you may need to know before you book. The hotel is close to the airport, stores, restaurants and freeways. Its clean and comfortable, with a decent breakfast buffet, but could stand to have some fresh fruit. Walls are thin and you easily hear the couple in the next room at 4:45 in the morning when they decide to have "some fun."
