Expedia promised an email with check in details 24 hours before but nothing. Had to phone to get information in the end. Property itself was just as described, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in room consisted of a coyote if cakes and tea machine.

A n excellent guest house

A wonderful place to stay with a warm welcome and super room. The property is located walking distance from the centre and the airport. Michael is a gentleman and I would recommend his guest house to anyone.

Lovely host and great place

Mickel was excellent, great guy and lovely room close to the airport. I can fault this stay at all. highly recommended for a solo traveler or family. You don't get the bells and whistle but you get a nice stay in a nice area and about 15mins walk to city, but plenty amenities around.

Everything was great!

The place is a bit further away from the Leaning Tower, but it is near both the airport and the train station, around 10-15 minute walk, so the location is good if you want to explore other cities near Pisa also. It is clean and it smells nice. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor and one of them was always available. Michael is also very nice, he even gave me his clothing iron to use. The pizza place near the accomodation which he recommended was faboulous, we ate dinner there 3 times. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Pisa. A short 15 minute walk to either the train station Pisa Centrale or the main airport. If you are looking for a nice walk to the tower this is absolutely doable, we walked at 7AM and by 7:40AM we are at the tower. You also have an excellent host Michael that provides everything you need and absolutely great pizza at nearby place paradisea. Thank you again Michael!

Michel was a great host! He contacted me prior to our trip to make sure we had all of the information needed for check in, as we had a late flight. His communication was thorough and he remained responsive with any questions we had. The hotel was simple, clean, well kept, and perfect for our quick overnight in Pisa (private room, shared bathroom, drinking fountain outside property for refillable bottles). Short 15 min walk to either airport or train station. Michel also recommended we try a local pizzeria a few blocks down and it was fantastic! Overall pleased with our stay and would stay again if needing an overnight stay in Pisa.

Very clean welcoming and friendly

Michael is an excellent host. Very welcoming and helpful and he was eager to make our stay enjoyable which it was. The location is excellent for both Pisa and the airport. Having a lovely quiet air conditioning unit was also a huge bonus. The only thing that could be improved would be to make the rooms en suite instead of having a shared bathroom.
