This is definitely not consider as a five star hotel. Even 3star is better than this hotel. The room is very dirty and the facilities do not fulfill the basic requirement even as a 3 star hotel. Especially the house keeping, I can tell they are really lazy, the front desk did Everything for us including room service.

Excellent hotel. Close to the Tower of Pisa. Although, for me, it’s not safe to walk there, the taxi service is excellent.

The hotel is overall clean, nice and close to the Pisa city center and the University buildings. It has ample free parking and the staff is kind. I had a larger room with a sitting area, making it easy to do work. The restaurant has excellent food. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is a family friendly hotel and also very set for business travelers as well.

I arrived at 9pm for a late check in, the receptionist couldn't program the keys, I had to wait to have a senior staff do that for me. The room smelled like humidity, but slowly the smell went away. The next morning, I went to get breakfast that was supposed to be included and I was told that it wasn't, it didn't matter that I provide the person in charge of the buffet and also the same receptionist of the night before with the email confirmation from the website, she just told me that i needed to dispute that with the booking company as her order didn't have it, she didn't even attempt to solve the issue. I wouldnt have minded this incident if the hotel wasn't so far away from other places where I could grab something to eat. In addition, I asked if a late check out could be accommodated to 2pm and I was told not, I asked if I could leave my luggage and I was told yes. I checkout and I was waiting at the lobby for instructions where to drop my bag and when I asked the same receptionist told me inside an office like if I knew, no service of help with luggage or even an attempt to make the visit pleasant.

The hotel itself was good from all respects but they overbooked and wanted us to be moved to another hotel that was not comparable but was a 3 star hotel and was downgrade from what we reserved ad till we argued they were not refund the difference and the manager reluctantly came and then they accomodated after lengthy argument in the hotel itself.

Dear Guest, thank you! heartily for his precious review. Thanks for these lines, believe me it is a real pleasure to read how well it is found. Thank you for appreciating everything by setting price / quality ratio, often many guests forget and pretend price from 1 star but service from 10 ... difficult to match costs with the expectations of guests slightly lungirmiranti or too shrewd, thank you. his eye is attentive to internal and external cleaning. Comparing everything to 'last will have noticed how every time we try to try interesting news: a spledida gym on the 3rd floor, a reserved area with table tennis, the possibility to rent a wasp. We hope to have you back soon again welcome guest, but before a year :)! Resident Manager Allegroitalia Pisa Tower Plaza Gianluca Ghelarducci: Finally we remind you that belonging to a chain we also have hotels & condo located in various locations such as BO, ORTIGIA, TO, MI, ELBA ISLAND, LISCIA DI VACCA and Verona where you can find the same priorities and our values with the reference to the 3 A that accompany the company philosophy: Arte Amore Allegria..
