We booked this hotel really last minute and it was by far the best hotel during our two week trip. It had a true resort feel with the large pool and garden area, the live music and the very good restaurant. The staff made our stay even more pleasant. We only stayed a single night but next time we will for sure spend more time at this property. The view of the tower from the room was really impressive.

Hopping to find a 5 star hotel in Pisa , i was a little bit disapointed. Personnel is very polite and willing to assist your needs. But what can you do with the rooms ? We arrived in a small rooms, with no atmosphere of 5 star hotel. Quite minimalist inside. In the bathroom no good quality ameneties. Big parking outside. Inside the room the furniture is quite used for a new renovated hotel.

Like most people, I've seen the Leaning Tower of Pisa in magazines and in on-line photos. I gotta say, seeing the Tower up close and live is quite amazing! It was completed in the mid 1300's after many years of interruptions, due to wars, dept and engineering issues. I believe it was started in the 11th century. It does get pretty busy during the summer months. But, we didn't care as this is something to see up close. There are plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Take a photo that makes it look like you're holding it up. A must visit if you're in the area. Get out there and see the World!

We purposely booked this ' 5 star' hotel as we had been told that the standards in Pisa are considerably lower than those of other cities. They weren't joking. The room smelt of damp and the bathroom of pee. They had a kettle but no cups and the wifi was not free. The hotel was a 25 minute walk from Piazza die Miracoli not the 15 minutes stated on Booking.com. When we went for breakfast there was no staff in the dining room and despite being one of the first groups to arrive the milk and juice had already been used. It took about 15 minutes for staff to arrive and refill them. The food served at lunch was stodgy and bland. Thankfully we were only staying in Pisa for one night. If this is Pisa's '5 star' I would hate to see anything of a lower rating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place has potential. The room was good with plenty of space, a comfy bed and decent aircon. It was modern and well furnished. Very difficult to fault it at all. We had a view of the tower also. It had a decent swimming pool which was ultimately our reason for booking the hotel as we wanted a chill out day after several hectic ones in Florence. Whoever is replying to these comments on tripadvisor. Rather than just berate and disagree with everything, if you have authority to write back (sometimes in my opinion a little aggressively) would it not make more sense just to make some changes to not get these constant poor reviews saying the same things. The pool loungers were the worst I have say on anywhere. Badly worn out and almost unusable. Just get some new one's. No big deal. We went out to eat. We had earlier approached someone about eating in the hotel but the response was really offish and could not be bothered. We phoned down to ask if someone could order us a taxi. The response was "you won't get a taxi on a Saturday night". "I can get someone to drive you". the price she quoted was 20 euro to go into town" Earlier in the day we had a taxi from town to the hotel and had paid less than 10 euro. I asked if this was an official hotel car? It seemed a bit dodgy. It was a bit vague, rather than order taxi's get some uninsured to carry passengers back in forth at inflated prices. Also, the breakfast was ridiculously poor. Poor quality, poor presentation, poor service. I know this will be disagreed with but just go to any decent hotel of any star level and you will get better quality. Don't just disagree, go and see what others offer. On leaving no one asked "how was the stay" etc. No smiles, no warmth, nothing. A hotel is more than just rooms. It is about being welcoming, providing hospitality and service. About caring. If only whoever owns or manages this place would tweak staff training and get staff to care then it could completely alter the reviews which would alter occupancy which would drive up rooms rates. Such as shame as it has great potential.

The rooms were so clean and modern. The pool and outside area was well kept and a perfect size for swimming and sitting in. I especially liked that the hotel was not too high so did not have too many guests at once. Short walk to the leaning tower itself was a bonus. To have a pool in the centre of pisa was perfect! Along with the breakfast selection, I would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend that anyone stays in this hotel. A private part took place midweek with the DJ outside with speakers. Teenagers were shouting and screaming and using the pool after hours as well as very load thumping music.I spoke to the manager who gave the impression that guests in the hotel are not considered or listened too and as they had a licence they could play it at any volume. We were unable to get to sleep because of this noise. The other main problem was the location. We were happy to walk some distance but a very busy road had to be crossed to go into Pisa and there were no traffic lights or zebra crossing and with Italian drivers it was very dangerous.

The hotel rooms are clean but unfortunately I don't have a lot of positive stuff to say about this hotel. The hotel is very far from the town, and costs 10-15 euros each time. I wouldn't recommend walking after dark as there were a lot of men hanging around the hotel and there is a underpass you have to cross each time. As taxi's in Pisa can only be called at certain locations this hotel becomes very far from everything. Remember to take the number of a taxi company when you leave the hotel. The hotel food and drink is owned by a external provider and is very expensive. a can of coke costs 5 euros. The pool food is very limited and very expensive. To make it worse guests are not allowed to bring there own food in to pool area. The other shock I had was dogs are allowed in to the pool area, so I saw more than one dog relieving themselves on the grass for guests to walk over it! The wifi is very poor and does not last more than 5 minutes. Due to the poor service and extra costs incurred for taxi's and food I would not book this again. The hotel should offer a shuttle to town and drinks at a reasonable price.

The first amusing thing about the hotel is that they claim they are a 5* establishment. That is just ridiculous. It is a charmless, characterless roadside motel, nothing more. The room we were given was tawdry with sparse furniture that served no clear practical purpose. The Wifi did not work, nor did the A/C. We were given a different room, this time with working A/C, but still no Wi-fi. They claim to have a gym but it really is a tiny space with a couple of treadmills, they claim to have a roof-top garden but it really is just a helipad with a bit of greenery around the edges. At least the bed was reasonably comfortable.

Very modern and clean looking hotel with a spacious reception hall and huge restaurant. Rooms are well appointed with a nice terrace, mine had a view over the Pisa tower at a distance. The hotel is on the way to San Rossore racing track , quite a long distance from the city. Definitely not for guests wishing to be visiting the town on foot! Very nice large bathroom with an unusual double shower. Breakfast is well served and of reasonably high quality although the food presentation was placed in a scattered manner, being separated in several areas at some distance . Very strange... Restaurant is very comfortable and with well appointed tables. The Meals quality was excellent and the table service was correct and attentive. The hotel is pleasant and of a good level for its 4 stars. I Was very surprised though to see my request at reception for a late check out ( only one hour) on my departure day refused but offered at a charge of €10 an hour. Not the sort of guest service I would expect to find in a hotel of this class. It certainly spoiled my overall impression of this establishment.
