Even better in person. Perfect for a group that wants to spend quality time together. The grounds are beautiful, the animals are wonderful, and we had the best time just hanging out. One of the best group stays I’ve done in a private house! There were so many thoughtful touches that made us feel comfortable and welcome.

Our family of 6 has stayed in many VRBOs over the years, this was top 3 for sure. Excellent retreat, beautiful property, very comfortable home. We will make every effort to come back. Owners were terrific

Great indoor/outdoor space for 3 families , 3 toddlers and an infant. Dinning table for 12 , kitchen very well equipped. Great location. Special treat owners son got us to help feed the Goats and cows and collect some eggs for breakfast. Gym and basement lounge a plus. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my wedding party for the weekend of our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The hosts are amazing and there is tons to do on the property! Stay here!

Rocking Horse Acres was above our expectations! Everything was perfect, and you can definitely tell that Amy and her family put their heart and soul into everything! We would love to stay here again!

A phenomenal friends’ getaway

We all had a blast, having s’mores around the campfire, hanging out, playing card games and taking about life. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place!!! Rocking Horse Acres has everything you could need and more. The owners are so sweet and take the time to put extra special touches on the house in advance if your stay. I’m so happy with the time we spend there and we will be back for sure!!

Thanksgiving get-together

We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!

Rocking Horse Acres Rocks

We had a fantastic stay. Amy was attentive and helpful and went out of her way to help with a birthday celebration. The kitchen was very well organized and stocked, the grounds were beautiful and the animals and gardens were a nice bonus (especially the fresh eggs every morning)! We had an exceptional time and would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent spot for extended family, in town for wedding

Loved everything about it! Nice property with things to do outside, excellent areas inside and outside to hang out. A great kitchen which we used several times. Super clean and great area to stay which are our top priorities. Also plenty to do in the area, we loved New Hope and Lambertville NJ - great walking jogging trail across the bridge in Lambertville. Thanks again for sharing your lovely spot with our families!

We lucked out finding Rocking Horse Acres!

Our stay was two fold. Most importantly we hosted a phenomenal rehearsal dinner and this house and farm were absolutely perfect. Secondly, we enjoyed staying for several days and visiting with our family and friends who stayed with us. The listing was accurate and the house was very clean. Thank you Amy & Steve!

Lovely house ins pretty location

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. There were games for the kids and a great outdoor space. Amy was very nice and came by each day so the kids could feed the animals. She was also very helpful with suggesting things to do in the area. There are cute towns nearby and several kid-friendly activities. We have a very nice stay.

Great House!

House was super clean with a great layout for a family of 5. Kids loved the board games and outdoor activities and bunk beds. Amy was kind enough to let them feed the sheep and chickens one morning. Fresh eggs are delicious. The vibe in Bucks County is the best too. Would definitely stay here again.

Country comfort

Rocking Horse Acres was a perfect location for our family trip out east. It was clean, roomy and an easy place to relax with family! We enjoyed using the grill and well supplied kitchen to have meals. Plenty of space for us to enjoy inside and outside activities. We loved visiting the chickens for eggs each day and tried our hand at throwing axes and darts! Thanks for such great communication and hospitality!!!

Hidden Gem!

We only had one night and were so sad to leave. The home was perfect for our family. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom shower had a really neat design. Kitchen had everything you need! The yard was great to walk around and we loved the chicken coop design, the eggs and the sheep were adorable. So very peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Birthday Weekend for my Mom

We had an incredible experience at Rocking Horse Acres! The property was exactly as described, very quaint but plenty of room for 8 of us. Lots of fun things to do on the grounds. Everyone from my 8 year old son and my 70 year old mom had a blast! Amy was extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.
