Chateau Beach Resort has a beautiful beach access. Plenty of pools for family fun. Both beach and pools are well facilitated. We stayed on the 2nd floor with the ocean view. If you're going with children, the 1st floor rooms on the ocean side have a faucet on the patio to wash off sands right before entering the room. The buffet style breakfast included with most rooms has extensive choices, both western and Asian. Food quality are great! Their spa center is on the high level, providing a nice ocean view. We stayed two nights so we had the concierge get a taxi for a half-day sight-seeing. It wasn't bad, but we figured that if we simply relaxed on the beach reading, it might be even better. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful.
