My family and I stayed at the Garden Inn and Suites during our recent trip to visit Callaway Gardens, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel turned out to be an excellent choice — clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. We were pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed for a relaxing family trip. One of the best parts about staying here was how close it was to both Callaway Gardens and the Wild Animal Safari. We could reach Callaway Gardens in just a few minutes, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day without feeling rushed. Having plenty of free parking available right outside the hotel was another big plus, especially when traveling with family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with directions and local recommendations. The property itself felt safe and peaceful, ideal for families or couples looking for a comfortable stay near the area’s main attractions. Overall, Garden Inn and Suites offered great value for the price — a clean room, convenient location, and thoughtful service. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Callaway Gardens or the nearby Wild Animal Safari.

Our stay was amazing. I was skeptical because I had read some bad reviews, but found the new place under new ownership . He has done wonders...the place was great and there is a family owned chicken place beside the hotel that is marvelous! Highly recommend a stay here,!!

This is a small, older property but it is being upgraded. The staff were super nice and the rooms were clean. Very laid back, comfortable place to stay. I would return!

The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Pine Mountain, stores and restaurants. Less than 2 miles from Callaway. The stairs need replacing (rusted out on several steps on front stairwell) overall, I would stay here again.

Check in was nice and friendly. This turned out to be a great adventure for our 37th Anniversary. We were right off the start of the Man O War Bike trail, about a mile in. Super way to spend a weekend. Everything we needed within a bike ride away.

Our first room Smelled of smoke. We were given a new room with no problem. And then the staff came back and sprayed air freshener in the new room. Thank was going above and beyond.

A great place for a relaxing stay near restaurants

We loved this motel, as it was so clean and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and there were two tables and two chairs, along with a desk and chair. We were able to just relax in our chairs and watch t.v., which has numerous channels available, along with movies. The a.c.worked well in the 90 degree heat outside. There was a coffee pot with coffee, and it was great to have our morning coffee, which had a great flavor. The bathub/ shower was clean and we appreciated that hooks were on the bathroom door to hang clothes while we showered. There was also a place to hang out clothing in the main room, along with an iron and ironing board. We would recommend this motel and will stay here again if we are in town again!

Portrayed as a local historic gem, but it is not. Nothing like i expected it to be. There are two buildings. We got put in the old one on hill even though the newer, updated one was not full. Not impressed.

Can only speak for us & a one night stay. I'd read the reviews & was a bit worried but a nice young man welcomed me, was very helpful and found me a room on ground floor as we didn't want 1st. The room was spacious and clean & no signs of any bugs anywhere. Everything we needed and beds very comfy. Hot water & nice shower. There was the 'usual' smell of a hotel room but think it's either the aircon or cleaning stuff they use. Don't think any breakfast as such. We will stay there again as it's in an ideal position too, close to town. (Shame pool is not now in use as it was a few years ago).
