Very nice vacation hotel
The hotel, facilities and staff are excellent. However, temperature control was an issue in the room and after trying to figure out with the AC was not working I was notified that if the window is open even a crack the AC turns off, and also according to Spanish law the temperature in the room cannot go below 22 C or ~ 72 F. This is not written anywhere so I only found out by trial and error and asking. if you are used to sleeping in a cool room you must ask for a fan. I was a business traveler and was only checked in for about 8 hours but the hotel is really nice and right near the marina with many hills and winding roads and so many things to do. I would definitely go back and stay at this hotel for a vacation and take advantage of the spa offerings.

A Hotel in the right location
The hotel has a very good service and attention. In addition it is very clean and has all the expected standard comodities. The best thing about this hotel is its wonderful location. Easy to move around by public bus and if you rent a car, it is also easy to find a free parking place (even in august!).

A lot more than what we expected. Nice pool, staff and defintely the best view of Mallorca from its giant terrace. Totally recommend.
