The lodge was perfect just what we needed for a few days and our first ever safari. The food had great choice at breakfast and dinner didn’t use it at lunchtime but their menu looked fab. The safari drives we were warned you just never know but it was amazing the drivers worked so hard to get us to see as much as possible. We saw elephant close, lions, zebra, giraffe, jackal,rhinos, hippos and the jewel in the crown a leopard.

Lovely views, plenty wildlife and accomodation has a great set-up. Pathways are clear and paved but make sure to flag if you have mobility constraints sunce hilly at place and some parts more than 10 mins walk to the restaurant. The property location was great for our daily safari. The staff are welcoming and made my shy kid feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the impromptu elephant visit at lunch time and visits from Zebra’s at breakfast. I would definitely recommend the place for a family visit.
