The room lights are low lumens and the lamps have dark shades. Felt dingy. The shower knob to shift between floor faucet, handheld, and top shower would get hot and I had to use a towel to do so. The bidet spray and tissue roll were on the back wall of the toilet making it difficult to reach. They don't put a spare tissue roll in the room. The towels are thin. You have to bang the doors to close.
The hotel made a critical mistake of giving our room key card to another guest who tried to open our room door at 4AM! (the slide lock prevented the door from fully opening). Absolutely horrible management.
Breakfast was good.
We had to checkout early because of change in plans and the hotel wanted me to get confirmation from Orbitz that it's ok to check out early. Such nonsense.
