We had a great stay at Twin Mountain Inn. Check in was smooth and fast. The workers were always friendly and always found them cleaning something. The rooms amenities were fabulous. We loved the soaking tub and fireplace! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. And had a beautiful private balcony overlooking the river. The only thing I would say could be better is the bed and pillows were not the best. It was comfortable enough for short stays, but after 5 days I was feeling the lack of support. The breakfast was good, had a decent variety and always had plenty of supply. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Loved staying here for one night. The room was very spacious and cozy with the fireplace. And the front desk receptionist was very understanding and kind. I didn't get his name but he helped out with a situation immediately and we were so grateful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views of the river, the room was so cozy, especially with the fireplace. We could see the fireworks from Dollywood! My husband enjoyed the breakfast while we were there. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. If you have a bad back, the beds are quite firm, but other than that, great stay!
