This place was perfect for us. We have a disabled daughter and there are no steps at all to enter or get through the house. The location is also perfect, just off the main "strip" in Pigeon Forge and quiet as a church mouse. The garage was very helpful for keeping the scooter dry and also helped my daughter to come and go (no steps). The double beds in the second bedroom was great for my 5yr old granddaughter to stay close to mommy. My wife and I both LOVED the walk in shower. The master bed was also perfect. My wife said that is the first time in a long time that she slept through the entire night. This place was also very, very, clean. No dirty dishes or leftover dust/dirt on the floors or furniture. We had a wonderful, worry free, and memorable stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy. Hopefully, some time later, we will get to return to this beautiful home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain condo! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming! The condo was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was also incredibly comfortable....we slept so well during our stay! The hosts were gracious and attentive, and it was clear they genuinely care about creating a special experience for their guests. We are so thankful for our time here and already look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain retreat!!

My husband I travel to the are ever year. This was hands down one of our favorite stays. My husbands says he wants to stay here every time. We felt like we were home. The owners truly care about their guests comfort from the welcome sign, to the pillows, paper goods, and everything else they provided. The location can't be beat. The travel time to most locations we went to was 5 to 20 mins with the exception of Gatlinburg but we also took the scenic route for that one. 10 out of 10 recommend this rental.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and everything remains just as awesome as my first stay. Rather than repeat my past reviews, I’ll just say this: clean, comfortable, and convenient. I travel and rent homes frequently, and perhaps the thing that really sets this property apart from others is the owners. They are simply superb to work with and make the stay feel tailored and special for my family. Can’t wait to return!

The host was very helpful and quickly responded to the alarm system going off during the night. Every issue we had he quickly responded. They are the BEST! The villa was immaculate! It's in a very good area for privacy and yet close enough to everything you need. This is the third time staying here and we'll continue to stay here as long as it's up for rent each year and the owner will have us. We LOVED our stay and all the attractions in Servierville and Pigeon Forge TN. I highly recommend this Villa. Mary Jones

Very nice and comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Reclining sofas were awesome. Double beds were a little hard for our taste but it was disclosed. A nice thick mattress topper would go a long way. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This home was in a wonderful, quiet location that gave easy access to all of the activities and tranquility that the Tennessee offers. David was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house itself was spacious, clean and in outstanding condition. We brought supplies with us on our trip and found an abundance of supplies in the home. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best and this place was the finest stay we've had on our vacations. 100% would stay here again, thank you again to our host, for your kindness and for offering your home to us. This was a wonderful experience.

This is a very clean and comfortable place. Its location is the best, close to attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. We were happy with the spacious open living area. The kitchen and bath had everything we need. We already booked for next year.
