This is our villa for our annual Girls Christmas Shopping trip. We love the location and the size is perfect for us. The owners are great to deal with and very accomodating. We look forward to next year already!! 10/10 definitely recommend.

The host was very helpful and quickly responded to the alarm system going off during the night. Every issue we had he quickly responded. They are the BEST! The villa was immaculate! It's in a very good area for privacy and yet close enough to everything you need. This is the third time staying here and we'll continue to stay here as long as it's up for rent each year and the owner will have us. We LOVED our stay and all the attractions in Servierville and Pigeon Forge TN. I highly recommend this Villa. Mary Jones

Very nice and comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Reclining sofas were awesome. Double beds were a little hard for our taste but it was disclosed. A nice thick mattress topper would go a long way. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This home was in a wonderful, quiet location that gave easy access to all of the activities and tranquility that the Tennessee offers. David was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house itself was spacious, clean and in outstanding condition. We brought supplies with us on our trip and found an abundance of supplies in the home. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best and this place was the finest stay we've had on our vacations. 100% would stay here again, thank you again to our host, for your kindness and for offering your home to us. This was a wonderful experience.

Just like home

This is a very clean and comfortable place. Its location is the best, close to attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. We were happy with the spacious open living area. The kitchen and bath had everything we need. We already booked for next year.

This was our first stay here, but it will certainly not be the last. We’ve actually already booked it for two more trips. We visit the area a couple of times each year, and after trying many different cabins/homes, we had a go-to place that we loved for years. Then we got a dog, and that property did not allow pets, so we had to start looking for a new go-to spot. This is it! The property is extremely clean, well decorated and maintained, and very comfortable (especially the beds). The shower in the master bath is phenomenal! The location is great - tucked away but still very close and convenient to everything in town. The owners are very communicative and accommodating. We can’t wait to return again and again.

Excellent villa!

Great place! I have MS so no steps was important and the big walk-in shower also had a built-in bench so I could sit down if I needed to. This villa was very clean. Also had everything we needed. It was located in a very quiet area. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Pleasant

This place was so nice and a perfect location. Great for your elderly parents or grandparents. We loved that we were able to use the garage. The check-in and checkout process was simply and the key pad was great so we didn’t have to keep up with a key. The place was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Awesome place

The villa was in a great location to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go since most of our trip was focused in the pigeon forge area. It was very clean and neatly decorated. Check in and check out were both a breeze and the owners were awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Accessibility and Location

My wheelchair bound mom appreciated this property so much. She could get into the house and had plenty of space within the house as well. The shower and bathroom was perfect for her because of the bench and dual shower heads.

Cozy Christmas Villa Escape

Perfect location off the Parkway for some peace and relaxation. Loved the reclining furniture and the tv already had a roku with streaming services. The huge shower in the master bath was a nice bonus. Would love to book again. We have visited the area several times and this was a favorite!
