The staff was amazing but the hotel itself is old. The floor creaks when you walk on it, some of the sheets were stained, and then the tvs are outdated they barely work . It was hard to sleep the days we were there but the staff made sure we had everything

My biggest issue is the height of beds. As a physically limited person I struggled to get into bed and was unable to sit on edge without sliding. An Additional seat in room would be of benefit. Folding suitcase stands also recommended.

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by several issues. Nighttime noise was excessive, particularly when upstairs guests arrived around 12:30 a.m. Additionally, there was a noticeable gap around the door that allowed cold air and marijuana odors to enter the room, which was especially concerning as we were traveling with a sleeping infant. The beds were also oversized for the bed frames, making them unstable and uncomfortable. Overall, these factors made it difficult to rest comfortably.
