Main floor entrance with no stairs but up high enough to get the mountain view from the private end balcony, two king size beds, one high quality twin XL air bed , one portable twin folding bed , queen size sleeper sofa, can host maximum 6-8 guests. New LPV floor, two full Bath, fully Stocked Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, TVs, and a whirlpool tub in master bath. 10 miles to national smoky park, 5 miles to Dollywood.

Condo was in a nice location and close to everything. It could have been cleaner. It was dusty and there was mold on the shower curtain and the edge of the sinks. The fireplace didn’t work and none of the remotes had batteries in them.

The location was good. The unit was not in the best condition. The shower was not clean (obvious mildew) and we found a dirty sock in the sofa (I’m sure from a previous visitor). I have no idea what other units in this condo association look like, but it’s pretty clear this one hasn’t been updated in a while. With prices almost the same, I’d expect the hosts/owners to be willing to meet minimal requirements for cleanliness, updates, etc. The appliances were newer. Likely not used much, but we didn’t cook at all as we were on vacation!

Beautiful condo located in a perfect location close to all attractions, Dollywood and parks/trails for hiking. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious with an excellent view of the most gorgeous sunset from the wraparound balcony.Would definitely recommend it for a short trip like ours or a longer stay.
