Absolutely AVOID this rental company. Was asked to sign a rental agreement 24 hours before check in. They sent the email 3 hours before cut off time. I replied told let them know we are confirming and that I did not receive a rental agreement. They supposedly tried to send the agreement 3 times. I never received it. After going back and forth at 7:30am on check in day (check in was not until 4pm) they stopped answering my messages trying to get access code for cabin. I called and messaged several times. Vrbo agents called and emailed them as well. Nobody could get in touch. We get to the cabin to see if maybe they left something for us to check in. Nothing. We've already been looking for other places to stay at this point just in case. After arriving my husband started checking windows and luckily we were able to get in from a broken window. After 1.5 hours after check in they messaged to ask how we were settling in. All of a sudden they are able to get in touch with us again and message me back and forth for 2 hours after learning how upset I was. This is the worst company to book with. our host was Samuel and I leave never experienced service like this. The cabin was clean and had what we needed. If you want a goodnights rest dont stay here. They are sure to do dumpster pickups at 3 and 4 am lasting about 30 min. The owner of this cabin should probably consider getting a new bed frame as well. Husband cut his leg on it. Looks like a hazard for a child.
