We really enjoyed our stay at Big Bear Resort and ended up staying an extra night. The condo was pretty clean but it could use some dusting and updated bedding. The view from the balcony was beautiful with mountains and the sunset. We could also see the Island fireworks on New Years from the front of the building! The location was very convenient and close to the main strip. You do have to drive up a few steep hills to park but luckily the weather was good for us. I had a question about the thermostat and they responded right away. The pool was nice but small and felt crowded at times. The biggest con about this property is the parking situation. There are not enough parking spots and some people would park on the side (not in parking spots) leaving barely any space to get out and I was worried someone would hit my car. Also, bring extra blankets because the master bedroom gets very cold.

Condo was nice However, no assigned parking, so had to drive around in the evening trying to find parking. Our great niece and her friend swam in the indoor pool-I started to get in, but thought it looked off. I regretted letting them swim in it because my great niece had to be treated for an inner and middle ear infection a few days later while we were still there-it had to be from the pool not being properly cleaned. They need more garbage bins-there were constantly bags of garbage surrounding completely overflowing binsThank you.

Nice little condo

We have stayed in many different condos, and this one is one of the better ones. The washer was not clean and had a little mold. It's a full size front loader. Because it's in a closet the door can't stay open to dry out. Other than that, the condo was very clean and i. A good location.
