This was a great property for families. My grandchildren had a great time and we coordinated with the RV park. I think for the price of the room, breakfast should definitely be included. We went out on our second morning to a regular restaurant for the same price! I was disappointed by the room location, for which I paid extra. I booked a balcony overlooking the pool and was put in a handicapped room overlooking the fake water tower in front. The room was very spacious and I had two of my grandchildren with me so I didn’t put up a fuss.

BEAUTIFUL room, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for families to relax and not be under each other's feet. Pool area and lazy river were well kept and inviting, game room kept kids entertained.

Rooms are very clean. Great staff. The room was fantastic. So much space. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the one thing. We had a two queen beds with two twins. The queen beds were double (full size) beds. It was obvious bc the mattress did not fit the queen size boards. One of the mattress, seemed to have been used a lot on one side. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Staff were all so nice and helpful. The room was perfect as described. It snowed 12 inches overnight and the staff all worked very hard to clear the parking lot but also provide activities so we didn't have to leave and drive on the dangerous roads.
