I definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel restaurant is located next to the beach which is great. Its only 10 min away by taxi from Patong. The staff is very nice and helpful, in special Poppi from the reception.

The private beach is so quiet and beautiful! The restaurant is cheap and delicious (especially I like the Tuna steak). The room is wide and perfect ocean view! And the hotel price is cheap! I impressed! But the reception is looks bad.. (Old and not beautiful) Totaly I recommend this hotel :)

This property is excellent value for money.It is very clean, rooms lovely, staff very pleasant and helpful.It does require some improvements to bring it to 4 star standard but the very cheap price reflects this. The food is very good all freshly cooked but limited choice.We noticed improvements even in the time we stayed there.Great potential.

If you’re looking for a reasonably price hotel on the beach this is good. Unfortunately it’s about 3 km from town uphill. The free shuttle only runs into town at 11am and back at 5pm. Taxi or tuk tuk is expensive.

The Good Location worked fine for my gf & I. Close enough to Patong but far enough outside where it was quiet. We rented a motorbike to get around; but hotel shuttles into city are offered 3 times a day. Check in was smooth, along with the daily cleaning services. Bed was made every day & complimentary water given daily. Bathroom was cleaned daily. Beach only attracted hotels guests, it seemed like. There was a rave like party & DJ that plays on full moons (& half moons?) until 11 which was VERY obnoxious. Keep in mind the demographic is mainly families that stay here. THE BAD The bed was very cheap (or old). The Restaurant staff was extremely rude. It felt like they were run by a separate organization from the main hotel staff. Despite the two buildings being connected. My gf & I asked for hot water one night to fill up our cup of ramen and was told off many times by the manager. We offered to pay for the water and finally got some (for free). We ate breakfast two other occasions & mostly got bad vibes from the stuff.

Think twice before u book

It is a normal old hotel boasting of lot of comfort which is actually not there in the room. Food Not suited for Indians as not even one dish during our 3 days stay was Indian style. Even room is not provided with milk creamer sachets. Free shuttle service is only provide twice and at very uncomfortable times to take a leisurely trip. Transportation to Patong is really costly from this resort

This hotel was SO good to my husband and I. I became very ill on our last night so we had to extend our stay another night. They didn’t charge us extra for it being so last minute. We got moved to a new room with a better view. They offered to bring food for me up to our room. They brought us more toilet paper at 6am. Very kind, compassionate service. Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel!

Cons: dated and mostly cateres to Russians (although it didn’t affect us), Pros: The best beach ever ! Is almost all private. The location is perfect AND they provide a free shuttle to Pating beach, which is where all the happening is at for eating local food and shopping. Is a very clean place so bring dates was hardly felt. If anything needs a repair, they come quick !

Nice ocean views, old complex with too many levels and stairs. Has its own beach front but is located far out of the main town / shopping area. Very few people spoke any English.
