Wow! As a first time female solo traveler, this is the most safest, cleanest, beautiful, friendly accommodation by far and I stayed in 2 other hotels prior. I am so glad I book this hotel for my last 2 days in Thailand. I am so sad to leave this place, something so magical I can't even explain it. Thank you to all the staff especially CJ and one other sweet girl that took me to my room, sorry Im bad with names..felt like I made some friends while I was there solo. Keep up the great work!

The hotel was beautiful with its industrial decor and setting and was in close proximity to the beach. Once you are within the hotel grounds you feel worlds away from everything else in a lush tropical setting.

Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly staff. Room service was great and reasonably priced. Wish the sandwich place was open everyday because they make the best sandwiches ever!!!

Great expreience. Nice and confort room. Very queit

All of the pools are beautiful and the restaurants are as well. Gym facilities clean and available after check out for a shower if you have a late flight. Daily breakfast spread was huge and delicious. Direct access to the beach.

I was worried there might be airport noise since the ride is only a 200bhat 5 mins from the airport, but that wasn't a problem here. We had a great two day weekend here and transportation couldn't have been easier. The dive center was good and some of the diving from a boat about 15 min from the beach in front of the hotel was very good. Run by a great German couple who are very efficient and organized with nice equipment for rent. Rooms are awesome and the pool was great with a good happy hour our last day. Food at Black Ginger is a wonderful experience and in general the food was as good as any hotel I have been to and I travel a lot! Only nitpick is the grounds are beautiful but large and winding and it can be easy to get lost on them with poor signage to some of the houses.

We were 'wowed' by this hotel! So stylish, hip, modern, versatile, elegant! Accommodation is spectacular and quality of services (including attentiveness of staff) is out of this world! Would absolutely recommend it to everyone that considers visiting Phuket - they have room rates that fit every budget!

The staff, and hotel is great. There real nice. And the place is beautiful. BUT DO NOT EAT THERE. You WILL get food poisoning. My wife and I booked this as our last hotel in Thailand before having to fly out the next day to USA (32 hour flight) so basically they over price you here like crazy for food you can get down the street for a fourth the price and dont put the effort in to make sure the foods good. WE WEREN'T THE ONLY ONES THAT GOT SICK. Asked around and other couples were also feeling issues after eating. You'd expect a place like this to make sure the food is up to par. So because of this I will warn everyone. Imagine flying for 32 hour with diarrhea and vomit.

if you are looking for resort which is unique, stylish and still with a high-end service this is it. cannot get any better period. one down side is its location, a bit far to go to patong and town, naiyang beach offers only the basics.

We spent three days here after spending 2 1/2 weeks across Thailand. It was just what we needed! This place is spectacular! A little pricier than expected but worth it! Breakfast and the pools were amazing! Got a free upgrade to a larger room

Indigo Pearl was my last stop on my two week trip to Thailand. I booked this hotel because of very good reviews and also because couple people that reviewed the hotel traveled alone...The hotel is nice and the decor unusual, the food is delicious, however, that said within the first 36 hours (I was there for a 3 night stay) all my US currency was stolen from my room. I reported it immediately to the management and they said that they would investigate. The next 24 hours I had to chase down three different managers because no one was telling me what was happening with the "investigation". The first manager told me he would come in the next day to talk to me (he never did), the second manager told me that I probably misplaced the money, and third one told me that they found nothing and that they talked to the stuff but they said that they did not do it. The manager told me that this is difficult for the hotel. It is hard for me to see how it compares to all my money and feeling of safety being stolen. They had to go through my luggage to take the money it was hidden deep inside. Then he told me to send my friends there for vacation. I am not sure what a hotel should do in this case, but a simple apology and perhaps asking if I had enough cash to get me to the airport would have been nice. I would not recommend this hotel because I do not believe that the management would be very helpful if something more serious were to happen and it is important that a 5 star hotel actually cares what happened to their guest at the hand of their staff. I did not feel safe there or respected as a guest. I travel a lot and there are many resorts that would treat an incident like this with a lot more care and treat a guest as a victim of a crime not someone that is making it up.
