Went there for a company retreat with my colleagues. Got assigned a room with a queen sized bed. The location is great with amenities such massage outlet, dry cleaning ,convenience stores such as 7- eleven or family mart are a short 5min walk. However if you like to do shopping, clubbing at Bangla Road or eating at restaurants, then you have to walk for 15 to 20 mins. My suggestion for group of 4 to 8 ppl, just take the thailand unique taxi for 200BHT per trip. If you are an early riser, can try their breakfast. The food taste good but are generally the same dishes with one or two minor change of dishes.

I booked this hotel as i thought it was a really good one and by the time i arrived i changed my mind. The room was dirty and full of dust also the pillows and the bed sheets were dirty as well.the reception was good they would try to help you but the problem was the limited english they knew.room service was horible 3 out of my 5 orders were incorect and i didnt want to change what i had because my order already took a lot of time so i didnt want to wait even more. The only reason i will give this review a 2 star is because of the breakfast that was amazing.i am sorry but this is not a 4 star hotel not even 3 i would say

the room size was very good . perfect breakfast. room was so clean. great location, in the heart of city with an small distance you have a quite moment. the bar near pool was close. it had a hot water problem twice. after we call room service they fix it immediately. Bathroom fixtures dose not have hair conditioner. near the hotel, was a great spa with best Massagers you have to try it. (Mulberry Massage)

Spend a bit more. stay in a resort! Positives - good location.. you get to walk past some great restaurants and shops on the way to beach.. Negatives: Don’t be fooled by the photos on the website or Booking.com. Greated by a unpleasant receptionist. First thing we were told is that there is a charge for guests to stay , inferring we were bringing hookers back. Not good!! The rooms are large but need updating , dust on the floors. Greated by a charge sheet for damages...even for the bin. Charge for damaging towels. Electricity off when key card taken out so cannot charge devices, unless in the room Safe can be pulled out , held with one screw. Roof top pool is rubbish! No cocktails available at poolside, unlike the photos Breakfast is ok, would not suit europeans Coffee ... awful Would not stay again as you can get better for less... Staff were ok.. security guard nice.. rest grumpy as f?!k Please avoid!!!!

We stayed here 5 nights. We moved closer to the beach to another resort owned by the same company - Fishermen's Harbour. They shuttled us to new resort and transfer was easy. Ashlee Heights was very reasonable to stay. It is clean and staff are friendly but it is a 20 minute walk to the beach or to the Big C superstore. There are shuttle buses though. My suggestion would be to include breakfast because we left the hotel at 9:00 am and walked 10 minutes to Malin Plaza (outdoor market) but the market didn't open until 11:00am. Actually a lot of places didn't open for breakfast until 10-11am. We enjoyed Ashlee Heights but we wanted to be closer to the beach and Malin Market.

Okay so I arrived with low expectations as my friend had booked this accomm and I was unsure about it from online... upon arrival I was actually pleasantly surprised. Rooms were really nice and hotel amenities too. I was on the top floor which I was happy about. Over the course of the week things started to unfold. - Out of the 7 rooms we booked, mine was the only one that the aircon didn’t work in (sooo hot!!) after several requests and promises to get fixed, I gave up. This made my experience terrible as I had no escape from the heat unless I sat in hotel lobby and by weeks end I just wanted to leave and go home to Australia. - Also, out of all of our rooms mine was the only one that seemed to have brown water running from the shower taps and adding to that my bath plug was stuck down from previous guest and I hadn’t even used the shower yet! - the bathroom was 100% clean and you could easily see an eye for detail cleaning was missing, especially corners and edges and walls. - I ordered room service and had dishes sitting in my room with stinking food for 2 days, I even had someone from reception IN my room and tried to give the dishes on the tray to them but they refused and said the kitchen is closed and cleaner will get in the morning, the cleaner never came and I finally just put them in the hallway because the cleaner didn’t visit my room for 3 days! - the wifi passwords didn’t work so I used my own data from Australia roaming, very disappointing $$$$. The positives are ; - the hotel is in a very good location - the brekky buffet in the morning is great - the lobby aircon works very well - the elevator is nice and smooth - rooftop pool is great though I didn’t swim in it - the security guard is fantastic and friendly even though he doesn’t speak a word of English. - room service is 24hrs Overall view- not sure if I will stay here again due to the negative points however I would recommend to others as my friends 6 rooms were perfectly fine. Thanks for reading.

The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is good and there is access to an extensive choice of day trips. The rooms are large and clean with big beds and crisp linen. There is a lovely pool on the roof which is never busy. The location is close enough to the craziness of the city without being disturbed by it.

It is a nice place in Patong. Not too far from the beach (about 5 min). Nice rooms large ones. The king size bed is huge and you can get a good night sleep. Is in a quiet part of the city. But not too far from all the madness.

Good hotel to stay in Phuket. The room that we got was extremely huge. Very clean rooms. About 0.5 km from Patong beach (walking time about 10 mins). The breakfast options were limited, can work upon the same. Also, they should provide plates and cutlery in the rooms if requested by guests (currently they don't which is weird).

Arrived here on the 19 oct 2017, I must say that this hotel would be more suited as a 3 star. Hotel very basic, but clean & tidy. Room smelt a bit stale at first during arrival perhaps no one had been in this room for some time. The bed in hotel was like lying on a solid flat rock very uncomfortable and only one pillow is supplied. The bathroom was spacious however there was no shower curtain! This meant that because the shower head was above the bath the floors and over the side board of the bath was drenched with water defiantly a safety hazard, not very good for elderly people staying here! The pool was very basic just left to its own really, could do with a bit of TLC needed painting as you could see all the rust on the fencing surrounding the pool was not very attractive. No bar at poolside neither in the hotel it's self (shocking). The beach is a 10 min walk and there are local shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was ok but very basic. Toast, jam, omelettes, Indian food and Thai food and fruit. This is available at 200tbh per person unless you have it already in your booking. Beds and towels were changed everyday and the minibar in the room was useful but come at a price. No sea view at this hotel as this is situated in between two other hotels so your piggy in the middle! You open your balcony door and you can look straight into the neighbouring hotel balconies which are more or less so close to one another - not very private. Would I stay here again? I doubt it. Perhaps I'm being fussy I don't know but all I've wrote is the truth.
