The villa is located in Rawai, in the south of the island, in a set of typical Thai villages. It is also closed to the most beautiful beaches of Phuket Island.

This villa is new,deluxe,fully furnished and equipped, lovely decorated with Thai ornaments. It can be good for couple, family, friend. The total size area is 450 Sq.m.

Living space:
- a large living room of with LCD screen TV, worldwide TV channels, and DVD player.
- a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster etc.
- 3 nice A/C bedrooms with en-suite bathroom , tastefully decorated with large double beds

- The long terrace which can be used as the dining & lounge area for 8 persons, direct access to the swimming pool (size 4x8 meters) with jacuzzi. It is set on the ground of beautiful green garden with fresh trees and flowers where you take relax while lying on the sun-bed.

- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition

-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
