My Husband and I stayed here one night and KEEMALA look like a beautiful heaven of birdnet in the world. I loved the jungle feeling, specialy I was very impressed with extremely friendly of the staff. We have received a lot of helps from Ms. Dream ( Front desk) and Mr. Golf (Front desk) during the time we stayed here. Thank you for your concern. Love.
We were very disappointed in the service of the hotel for the price they charge. We have had to wait over 40minutes for ice. Only 1 night out of 3 did they do turn down service. The pools are extremely loud. We had them clean our room one day and the day was left open so anyone could go in. They only have shuttles to the main strip which is 3 minute drive 4 times a day. They charge 300 converted to us $12-15 for a 3 min drive in their town taxi. After paying the price we do over 700$a night. You would expect them to have a better service. Very disappointed it was our honeymoon. :(
Stayed for three nights and this amazing resort. Quality of accommodation brilliant, lodge had private pool, brilliant bedroom and bathrrom including an outdoor shower. Quality of food was fantastic, breakfast and afternoon tea was great and room service massamam curry outstanding. Staff really helpful with the General Manager, meeting guests for cocktails to receive feedback on the resort. Our personal rep, Golf, was very helpful in making our visit really memorable.
I stayed here for two nights and it was the best resort EVER!!! I loved the jungle feeling and the service was extremely great! We even had our own butler ,Peach ! She made us feel very welcome and was very friendly. We really enjoyed everyone there .... also the bartender he's name is Pia aka Bamboo . He makes the best mojitos!
Stayed here for one night as a part of our honeymoon tour in Phuket. Keemala was one of our bucket list places and it was absolutely amazing as we expected. From the entrance until the checkout, all staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant. We stayed in Tree house villa and that was perfect setup for our honeymoon. Spacious bedroom on the top floor and on the down it was the pool & living room space, where we spent most of our time. Food was amazing, breakfast was simply delicious. Everything was so good where we didn’t have anything to complain about. Anyway Hotel didn’t allow drones, which was kind of sad since we badly wanted to take an aerial picture of us in the bunglow :(
We stayed in a clay pool cottage for 4 nights as required 2 bedrooms as we took our 2 children aged 11 and 7. The cottage was absolutely stunning as were the rooms . The pool was very serene and peaceful and the children enjoyed visiting the water buffalo . Breakfast was superb a lovely selection of fruits , fresh coconut water and pastries. My only reason for not giving 5 star is for me the staff were helpful and pleasant but no where near as polished as I would have expected from ultimately a very expensive stay .
Stayed two nights at Keemala's Bird's Nest Villa. Keemala is a luxurious boutique hotel with only 20-30 villas on along hill side. Though it does not provide the full facilities of a five star hotel chain and the dinning options are limited, but you can expect great personalised service from your butler and the coziness of a luxury boutique hotel. It is definitely pricey for their villas but they will not disappoint you. There are four type of villas. As they are spread around hill side the best would be Bird's Nest Villas and Tent Pool Villas those at the highest levels with great view and best privacy. The room is very nicely designed and decorated with safari feel. The round bed may not be practical but comfortable. The large pool is located in front of the villa. You get to enjoy the bay and forest view while swimming. Butler service was also great. Our butler, Peach, answered all our requests on restaurant booking (in hotel or outside), mosquito repellent, directions to attractions. She was the buggy driver in the hotel and also prepared bubble bath one night. Wide range of cuisine selection in the restaurant. The quality and taste are both good. Made to order breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to any couple looking for romantic private time in Phuket.

"Go, go, go!" If you are contemplating on whether you should stay at Keemala or not, then my suggestion would be for you to go for it taking into consideration what you want to do in Phuket. My wife and I just left on yesterday after being there for 5 days. We stayed in Villa 503. We went to Keemala to escape and have some extreme peace and tranquility to offset our demanding careers. We made the right decision with Keemala. This property is very well kept, even down to the smallest of bushes and plants. You are constantly greeted with smiles, which can really brighten someone's day who is tired and coming to regain momentum in their life. Manners are just magnificent around Keemala. EVERYONE is willing to help, even though there is a butler assigned to each room. Each day the rooms are stocked with healthy complimentary snacks and water. The Mala Spa is very good as well. I was so tense and exhausted when I arrived, but after they finished working their magic in the Mala Spa, I felt truly reset. Keemala really caters to health, wellness, and understanding nature. However, it is not pretentious. Keemala still understands that being in humid weather (85 degrees and up) requires some leniency. So, air conditioning, pools, fans, great showers, and cold drinks can be found all around the property. YOU WON'T DIE! Lol! The cleanliness is very good throughout the whole property. I have OCD, so me and things that aren't pleasant on the eyes don't get along. I love neat, simple, and clean environments, and Keemala exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back to Keemala. I would recommend it to anyone reading this review. I have more photos on my Instagram @_keante_c
