The property over all is just beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice. The staff is very respectful and welcoming. They take all requests seriously and treat guests as VIP. We loved our stay here. We stayed in the Bird's nest and it was worth every penny. We upgraded our stay the last 2 nights as we were supposed to downgrade because we loved the bird's nest so much.
Truly heaven on earth. Beautiful rooms w/private pools and ample amenities. Its set on a large hilly piece of land with buggies always available for your transport on resort. Only thing we didn’t like was AC and refrigerator were not properly working in our room. Shower water was also pooling outside the bathroom which was a big minus. All in all, highly recommended.
All around excellent service! The staff is friendly, helpful and always ensuring that guests are happy doing well. It is beautiful and i cannot wait to return.

My wife and I truly had a fantastic experience at Keemala. Initially, because of the price, we were hesitant to book a night's stay at the resort but after going there, we wish we would've booked it for longer because every minute on property was memorable and worth it! The management upgraded our room to the two-floor tree top villas with the pool and lets just say that was a surprise we will never forget. The friendliness of the staff from the bell staff, check in, room service, even the gym instructor (Jose) was synonymous with the fun loving culture at Keemala. The breakfast was by far one of the best breakfasts my wife and I have ever had & their ability to cater to our strict dietary vegetarian/vegan needs was incredible -- there was never a time where they said "no" we can't make it happen - it was always a "lets see how we can make it work" . Thanks again --- we will be back for sure & will pass a good word to all of our friends/family/clients!

We selected this hotel based on the reviews. But it is not even close to what photos and reviews are saying. Not all rooms have the view of the jungle and mountain. Surprisingly, eventhough they had many vacant rooms, they gave us the worst possible room, with the view of the pool of the next room, even though we mentioned we are staying here for honeymoon! no privacy at all. They did not offer us free upgrade. If you are in Keemala to have a private room with great view, you have to pay a lot more to get the best room to have the best view with some privacy, and there are only a few rooms that offer you this. 2nd, staff were not friendly and smiley at all. In Thiland, when you go to a hotel, staff greed you with high respect and smile; this is not the case in this hotel. Only, drivers showed courtesy, smile, and cared for us. Staff in reception are like robot. 3rd, you pay for a 5 start hotel, but you get a 2 star service. We were so disappointed. For the same price, you can get amazing view, and service from competitive hotels in Phuket. 4rd, the owner and management team most like are just rich and spent money in this hotel, without having soul, knowledge, customer service, and management skills to run this hotel, which is truly has great architectural view. 5th, Breakfast buffet was uncomfortable and bad experience. There is no buffet, and restaurants personal are staring and looking at you from distance when you try to pick up something from the mini buffet.
