This hotel was just ok. There were several little annoyances that made us excited to leave though. 1: the beds were too firm for our personal preference. 2: the internet was spotty at best. 3: slowest elevator in the entire country. 4: housekeeping moves your stuff around on you. 5: the prices for food and beverage were quite high for the area. 6: the water in the tub and shower doesn't get any higher than lukewarm. 7: They unplug all of your electronics when they clean the room. The area is nice and the view is wonderful though, especially from the pool. The hotel is a little on the off beaten path so renting a moped made things significantly easier for us. The hotel seemed clean and the staff at the pool was our favorite part about our entire stay!
Despite our very late arrival time, the staff gave us a really warm welcome. The room was very big with huge terrace and a stunning view in the ocean. Amazing infinity swimming pool. Staff very very polite and friendly. Funny (but slow) elevator climbs the hill. The resort is pretty far from the main road but being so secluded it's very quiet assuring an Excellent quality of sleep. The only one negative issue was the breakfast: limited buffet served until 10:30 a.m. only.
Very comfortable stay, rooms r of great standard & pool is excellent. Room service & reception is very prompt. Didn't hv breakfast in hotel, so cannot comment about it. View from the room is very scenic. Only drawback is its location, u might end up walking 500m steep hill from main Street if u r not using taxi. Also, the elevator service can be irritating at times due to its very sluggish speed.
If you like a full view of Karon beach from the balcony of the your hotel...then this is the place for your next stay. This hotel is very special as it has a cable car like elevator in the hotel to get you from the lobby to your room. The room is very spacious and in a way very luxurious as it out beats other hotels in terms of their design, facilities and hospitality of their staff. The western style food is splendid and has a wide variety of choices that will not be boring to the pickiest of eaters. Although the hotel is a bit on the far end to get to but it is all worth it with its great view from your room and also the infinity pool. It has a modern gym and also a lounge that has a mixture of old and new. They cater as well to drinkers as they have their own bar next to the lobby. Not to forget, this hotel has an in house spa as well for their guest that would like to have a spa stay and a squash court fot those squash lovers. This hotel deserves a thumbs up from me and is highly recommended.
this resort sits high on top of a hill overlooking the ocean and streets on Karon beach. we booked a jacuzzi room on the highest level and were blown away. the views were amazing from the room, and we had the privacy and comfort all to ourselves. the resort is on a high, and is a bit of a hike to get to and from the rooms, but with a lift, it does simplify the trips to and from your room. Breakfast wasn't the best we've eaten, but was still enjoyable each morning. the pool is also amazing to endure, the pool is a clean and provides also a great view to see down from the top of the hill. overall a really great hotel, and would recommend the private jacuzzi suite without a doubt! shame about the walking up steep hills, but it is worth it to view the amazing look out from your room.
I stayed here for one week on a family holiday. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and will help with the booking of any excursions and even restaurant choices and beach transfers. Our room was airy, bright, clean and beautiful. We stayed on the same level as the pool and this was extremely convenient, a wonderful pool at the correct temperature and never felt over crowded. Food at breakfast was tasty and the option to sit outside was great! The pool bar food is also very nice. The bathroom and balcony were of a nice size. As we were not at the highest level the 'lift' did not bother us it was actually rather amusing, the stairs we used sometimes as I had to burn some of the delicious food off. Although if you have a problem I'm sure the hotel would drive you up to your room if you requested. The only criticism is that the room floor could do with a small clean. Otherwise a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it for everyone.
Although we enjoyed our stay and could not fault the cleanliness of the room, the stairs killed it for us!! There was 1 lift and a rail gondola and 126 stairs to get to our room ot counting the foot paths!! The staff were lovely and helpful. Beds and pillows were bearable
The staff were friendly throughout the duration of our stay. They were helpful, considering the language barriers. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and there is a shuttle service. We were given a free upgrade. Our upgrade gave us an amazing view but the downside was it took 5-10 minutes to get from the ground floor to level 8, where our room was situated. There was a lift (if you can call it that) that travelled at the rate of a snail. On occasions, it didn't work so we would have to hike it up/down the stairs/ramps in the heat. If you plan on driving to the front of the resort, it is on a slope and some taxi's won't take you up there as it will damage the car. But other than that, the rooms were lovely. A mosquito net was provided for the bed, beach towels and pool towels were provided upon request. There was free WiFi but it didn't work half the time (probably because of a limit which we were not aware of). The infinity pool was lovely, it also has a pool bar. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Overall, it was great value for money and I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

Love the hotel. Quiet. Friendly. Big room. Had the pool almost to ourselves every day. Mainly Chinese guests but they went out during the day. Highly recommended. We had a jacuzzi deluxe room. The jacuzzi function did not work but it was like a huge bath on the balcony. Secluded and a great escape from it all. Highly recommended.
