Clean room, amazing staff and nice pool and sun terrace, with fab roof top bar for cocktails at sunset. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Also, great food in the main restaurant for lunch / dinner - excellent value for half board. Beach at Karon was very crowded so didn’t visit, but well worth going to Nai Harn beach which is 15 - 20 mins away by taxi and is lovely. Overall, a little run down & not a 5 star hotel, but fantastic staff and great value make this a good base to explore what Phuket has to offer.

hands down one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at! amazingly helpful staff and stunning design at the hotel. restaurants on site were incredible and lots of options for drinks. the pool and fitness room were also very well done. would definitely not recommend visiting phuket but if you must, then don’t stay anywhere other than avista grande!

For the price point hotel was great. Pool area/deck restaurant and breakfast were the highlights. Modern and clean, staff courteous and allowed late checkout considering we also checked in later. Very convenient to all of Karon, walkable with close beach proximity. Would probably stay here again when in Karon
