If I was to go to Phuket again I would stay there, nice big room. I have more of an issue with Patong, it is becoming a little Bangkok. Nice pool, great staff, decent breakfast. I did have to kill a rat that was on the Lana, they gave us another room but it wasn't a upgrade.
We stayed for three nights at Coconut Village. Pool amazing, small but not overly crowded so ok. Rooms are a good size & generally clean. Complimentary water each day is great. Front desk staff ok. Great location - 5 minute walk to beach. Nice place for Phuket
How much u pay, that much u get! Pool is very nice, not that big, and place around pool very friendly and suitable for kids. Rooms as per a price, they are very clean, but u can see it was very nice resort 10 years ago :) but come on, you are using rooms to sleep, and go enjoy in city and pool, beach :)
A short walk to the centre of the action. It’s a great little resort - awesome, deep pool, tasty breakfast, super helpful staff and clean rooms. In this price bracket - you really can’t beat it. Definitely returning this year!
Location was a bit far to walk to the main street, but close to the beach. Pool was ok and average room for ground floor. Spacious room but bathroom could do with a renovation and noisy/leaky toilet was annoying. Not enough lights at night
We stayed there for 2weeks and we had 2rooms the staff was friendly... rooms perfectly clean every day... my kids played in the pool and had great cocktails by the pool bar .... great location... easy to get tuk tuk
WE took a private jaccuzi villa. Room is big and clean. the island is beautifull. It has a free speed boat transfer to phuket pier (forgot the name). From there you can take a grab taxi to patong (40 minutes) or Phiket old town (20 minutes). You also have 2 great restourants : one on the pier and one is a floating restourant- you take a free boat from the pier (2 minutes) to get there. Just ask , they will direct you to the boat.
Just spent 4 nights at this hotel. The Coconut Village Resort is situated in an ideal location within walking distance of all of the Patong Beach attractions. The rooms are clean, tidy with good air con and a refrigerator. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Good WiFi strength available around the hotel. This hotel is ideal for a short stay in the Patong Beach area, I would definitely stay here again.
The resort has everything to offer from fabulous deluxe rooms which are very clean and tidy to an amazing pool area which is so quiet and relaxing to the restaurant which offers really tasty food and drink. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. You are not very far from the bars and restaurants but far enough away to not be hearing it all day and night. I would highly recommend this place to stay while in Patong and will definitely be returning.
Recently stayed here when attending a stag evening in patong before going onto the wedding the next day. The hotel is central but so close to the road you can smell the pollution. The staff were all disinterested and really offhand and rude. Everything was too much trouble. The room smelt terrible felt dirty and tired and the air con was woeful. We were told we had an umbrella in the room which we did not and were charged for two laundry bags claimed to be there but we’re not seen. The breakfast was basic and poor served in a cafe style facility right next to the roadside was noisy and smelly. The final straw was being ripped off by the tuc tuc driver they organised. All in all a place to avoid even though it was not expensive.
