The location is very good - near the beach and right by one of the night markets. However, there's milions of scooters passing by the hotel day and night which makes it extremely noisy. Cleanliness of the bathroom could be better although altogether the place is clean. I had my towels and sheets changed often and the room can be cleaned upon request. Nice and spacious room, good for relaxing, apart from the noise. Remember that upon checkout they will check your room so make sure you have enough time. The deposit was an unpleasant surprise, wish there was another option than only cash.

The pool is dirty, water is yellow-green like a swamp. No poolside bar and no gym, although they were advertised. When you in your room, opposite windows are so close, so you can hear every single word from rooms of next building. In overall, the room is ok. Rating because of lie in description and photoshopped photos.

Safe, close to shops & amenities. If travelling alone, very safe at night as you cannot enter without key card. Market next to hotel with food, clothing, gifts at very cheap prices. The pool is clean & the view from the roof is relaxing. Staff always available to assist with directions & suggestions. Always smiling. Always very friendly!

I booked a balcony room with city views but was given a room with a view looking between the next door building and directly into someone else's room. After complaining I was given a room on the other side of the building. The bathroom had patches of grouting missing and could've done with an overall deep clean. The pipes also stunk out the room every time it rained.

Lovely hotel

Really nice hotel, receptionist was lovely. Only a 15 minute walk to the nightlife and a 2 minute walk to a food market. The pool was also great to chill around during the day when it was too hot to go to the beach. Was amazing value for money!! Only negative was that the air con wasn’t that great but did the job.

Great value

Very spacious room with everything I needed: en suite with good shower, air con, comfy bed, balcony. Rooftop pool was small and shallow. Reasonable location just a few minutes walk from the beach, with lots of bars and eating places close by. Staff were helpful and nice.

Cheap room, but problems checking in.

Beware, paid through Hotels.com but when I arrived they wanted 1000 baht deposit and check in took well over 1/2 an hour. First they couldn't find my booking, they asked me to pay again, finally they found it, when I asked for the manager, another 10 minutes went by and I said not to worry!! Unprofessional. On the good side, it was cheap, room ok, private balcony but the double bed was 2 single beds pushed together..but it was good value for money.

Very nice hotel, have no negatives I could really say about the place. Good wifi, nice clean rooms on a daily basis, close to the beach and just a 10 minute walk to all the buzz.

Not for light sleepers

Good value for 15 quid a night but stay spoilt by revving of motor bikes and a Jeep with no exhaust driving around the block at all hours practicing emergency stops. Some people are just wrong in the head. No fault of the hotel which I would otherwise recommend.

The management was great especially Lavant, the hotel manager and the restaurant manager. Rest of the staff works based upon hierarchy. Breakfast buffet is only 100 baht = to $3 USD, and has improved and competitive after they found out about the reviews. The Thai food during dinner in the restaurant is excellent along with the fresh fruit shakes which is equivalent to our smoothies. It appears most of the hotels in the area subcontract their linens to be washed and everyone is complaining. The best thing is to do is tip 20 to 50 baht if you need something done.

satisfied with this hotel, comfortable rooms which suitable for vacation, the staff are helpful, beside the hotel got food market, 7-11 and family mart just around the corner, we will stay here again if we come to patong.
