We had the most relaxing stay at Ayara Kamala. The service was amazing, our wedding guests were so impressed with the hospitality and we had the best support to plan our special day. The team went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true. We can't thank them enough for all the care, attention to detail and kindness they showed to us. The location is lovely, with a short trip into Patong and Kamala. The view here is unbeatable and the spa offers some wonderful packages. We can't wait to visit again. We highly recommend the Grand Pool Villa. To the team at Ayara, we are forever grateful for your help with our wedding and making it so special, thank you!
What a place. Off the beaten track away from the beach but you have every thing you need in the resort. Spa is amazing. Little touch are nice turn down service personal sent in room and little touches are great through out your stay
We caught a taxi to the resort from Phuket airport for THB 700 and it took 50 minutes. The hotel car costs THB 1200 and going back we were told we had to use this. When we arrived, the room we booked wasn't available but they gave us a larger one, but one without it's own private pool - many rooms have a private pool. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a super king bed. The bathroom was very large, but we never used the spa bath. The water is the shower was very hard to control. The hotel pool is lovely and they provide towels at the end of the bar. The spa was very expensive so we use ones down at Kamala beach for 1/4 of the price, and these were fine. We had been given a 15 minute massage voucher free and the massages were very professional. There's a free car down to the beach every 2 hours from 10am-8pm. The restaurant was also more expensive, with a limited range of dishes and the food was fine. Our breakfast (6.30 am - 10.30am) was included with the room and had a wide range of food (but no BACON which was disappointing!!). There seems to be a steady pattern of weather with sunny mornings, cloudy afternoon and the a heavy rainfall around dinner time. We appreciated the room had two large umbrellas for our use. The TV also had a multi-region DVD player with was useful. We overslept our alarm when leaving and the staff got us quickly to the airport. Thanks to Tum for his good driving. However, we were very disappointed to be charged for a minibar item that a previous guest had opened the wrapping on. As we needed to go quickly we just paid rather than quibble.
The resort is on the hillside overlooking the ocean offering spectacular views. We splurged for grand pool Villa with a substantial private infinity plunge pool. The resort itself is tucked far away from the attractions and city, so car rental is recommended. Food is above average, but fairly typical of hotels at this class level. Free Wi-Fi is speedy for streaming video.
The resort is amazing! The service is really good and the personnel is very friendly always with smile. The hotel even has a private beach which you can go down by walk. The breakfast quality and variety are also very very good. We ordered transfer from hotel to airport. The driver Tum was very helpful and friendly.
I was absolutely blown away with how professional the staff were, we came to the hotel just for breakfast and it was incredible The breakfast had every option possible, The views were to die for, we will return
We choose to stay here for our last four nights in Thailand as we had previously stayed at Ayara Hilltops, the service was great, as was the room and the view. Although the room was in need of some maintenance. There is a private beach, alot of stairs down, but they have lift that will take you part of the way. Thanks Ayara Kamala.
Recently, a group of twenty-two of us stayed at Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa to join a wedding ceremony in one of the resorts in Phuket. When I arrived I was quite happy with the resort setting, but the room furnishings are badly maintained and outdated furniture design. I stayed in a private villa with a swimming pool, the pool was dirty and poorly maintained. Overall this resort is long due for refurbishment. It could have been a great resort if the hotel management bothers to maintain their resort furnishings and the building appearance! Here I would like to show my gratitude towards their coffee house staff who had served us with great hospitality for our morning breakfast during our four days stay at the resort, they are Kit, Choi, Fah, and Cha Cha.
I am a designer and photographer as on my topic said "First time with impression to visit the Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa" which is about the beautiful natural place resort ever. I like the style of resort's architectural, it combination with natural and one advance for my memory is magnificent 180 angles sea view landscape. how beautiful it is, if you imagine to come with your lover and champagne swim in the pool and look the sunset together. it is look like a successfully formula but it still work with the paradise place like this. i like inside the room look transparent and wide with convenient stuffs. All staffs so friendly and good service I love the transportation so quick and safe And now a thing still stuck in mind is, i will come to visit this place again as soon as possible.....from Hongthong zue panya
