Very broken english, went downstairs several times to ask for new bath towels as the 'cleaners' would take them and not replace them. The cleaners took our pool towels even though we had to return them to reception as to not pay for them. We had sand on our floor and it took me 30 minutes, several phone calls, and me having to go to reception and google translate sweep for them to come and get rid of the sand. Ants were constanly in our room and when I told the staff i got a 'I inform room cleaning' several times. The room cleaners even had the audacity to smoke my cigarettes because they were left on the side as I only had one daily. Also only changed our bedsheets on the last night we were there. The shower made a horrible, unbearable noise, and we had to ask for a bath plug as there wasnt one provided for some reason??? Bath water was yellow when we finally were able to fill it up. Breakfast was clearly cheap and the hotplates were for show as the food was always cold. When you asked the egg maker for scrambled eggs she would point to the cold, plain eggs in front of her, even though i wanted fresh eggs with stuff in them. When we checked out we had to wait for them to check our room, and they tried to charge 100 TBH for a spoon that room cleaning had taken as it was dirty. Obviously they hadnt replaced it. The good things were the view, and the pool and bar (cheap drinks with a great view of the mountains), although the pool had broken tiles. Safe is good for keeping your possessions away from the room cleaners!! Bed is hard but surprisingly comfy.

Comfortable stay. Excellent location. Would recommend for couple stay and family. Ok staff, reached before check in time, asked us to wait for 2 hours for room, but jus us our room in abt 45min. Stayed on the 5th floor, gud view from the balcony, Good breakfast buffet.. walking Street, shopping area, Street food, all walkable distance.

We had the pleasure of stumbling across this place on our at to Hard Rock Café, but decided to try here instead. So glad that we did. Service was very good, food was excellent, no complaints and very reasonable.

This hotel is not worth any stars........yes it’s cheap and so if you’re on a major budget and really don’t want to be in a hostel, then maybe it’s for you. But here are the pros and cons from my stay. Pros Large sized room and bathroom. Bottled water provided daily. Large balcony. Good location. Cons Breakfast very basic and if you wanted eggs you’d need to chase the chef down, who would be fairly rude, no effort was made by the breakfast team to make sure guests were happy and knew how the breakfast was served etc. Rooms are very tired and worn looking, our walls had grease stains on them and writing on the woodwork. Bathrooms are very dirty too, mould on (broken) shower curtain and bathroom tiles. Towels and bath mats that are given are dirty and old looking, often with tears in them. Housekeeping does not clean surfaces etc. ants loiter in your bathroom, and if you bring in sand from the beach, it remains with you for your holiday. But worst of all, is a similar experience to what another reviewer partner and I went out for Halloween and used coloured hairspray, this left marks on a couple of towels and pillow/cases. Rather than clean them, they were packed into a bag and we were left them along with a bill of 1340 baht. I cleaned them in the sink, with some soap and hot water and what do you know....cleaner than any towel given to us throughout our holiday!! I took them down to reception the next day and told them I wouldn’t be paying the bill as she could clearly see that these towels were clean. I also told her that housekeeping had not replaced all the towels and all I had was a grubby bath mat and two dirty (newly replaced) hand towels. I told her that it wasn’t acceptable to try to charge someone for dirty towels when not only are their towels grubby looking, but they don’t replace them properly! She thanked me for cleaning the towels (no apology) and told me she would inform housekeeping. Needless to say I got back into the room that evening and found the towels had been removed and not replaced so I had to phone down and ask reception to send more towels, had to wait over twenty minutes for this. Moral of the story is, unless on a budget, don’t stay here but if you do expect to have to chase housekeeping and make sure you don’t “stain” anything, if you do and you can’t clean it then laundrettes will clean them for 50baht per kilo!! DO NOT PAY THE HOTEL FOR THEIR OWN DIRTY TOWELS!! Popped in some pictures of the “clean” towels they provided us with and some very poor housekeeping standards.

This hotel does not deserve any star , the service is not good Examples Cleaners - don't leave clean towels forever asking for them or running down to reception to get them .. always asking for spare toilet paper , the sheets had not been change each day I had to ask to get sheets changed. We had wedding and youngest daughter had fake tan next day left tan on sheets ask cleaner to remove them to be washed . Went out for day came back dirty sheet was thrown on floor had to take dirty sheet reception demand to wash them , they said won't come out its stain you must pay for sheet . We try to explain it does come out we will not pay just wash them ., after not getting through we spoke to manger . Sheets got washed and stains came out ., After getting tattoos I slept on top of a sarong in our bed and our beach towel as was scared I might stain sheets with blood and get charged for them ,ect pretty Pathic Our bed sheets got changed on our secound last day after been there for 7nights 😡 The bathroom had mold around bath ect tiles , toilet was never scrub probably .we sat out in balcony while cleaner came in . We time her it took 5 mins to clean it was like she was in and out quickly bed made no clean sheets take dirty towels and again no clean towels hygiene of this place is not good Staff well the breaky staff that makes your eggs where so rude , didn't not speak to you it was Yes what u want no smile on there face it was like a effort to ask for how u want your eggs . You ask simple question it was a snappy NO Again last day she was so talkative ask how you are going it's like what after 7days your nice , but you talk to others that stay at this place had the same problem . We have stay in Patong so many times at other places . We thought we give this one ago as we never been here before .never come across anything like this at other hotels . We will never stay there again. We are not one to ever complain unless there is reason . Well never had too so this is our first ever complaint about a hotel we been traveling to Thailand for the past 14 yrs The only good thing is room was big and balcony view was good . But that is it

Breakfast:The breakfast was good, but it was not suitable for a variety of food Hotel:The hotel was serene and quiet even in the presence of hard rock, but very old and non-modern, and it always gets a special smell from inside the room. Staff: they were so polite and good. The water of bath was cold, we informed them but they did not do anything. Its near to patong beach, and has distance about 10 min to bangla road. Its free charge too.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to be in the hustle and heart of Patong. We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were on the fifth floor and the hotel was always cleaned, with fresh towels and bed linen on a daily basis. The breakfast was great, not as much to choose from like some hotels, but defiantly a good buffet to get you started for the day. English with some staff was difficult but we were able to communicate with another staff member if needed. I recommend this hotel if you want to be in the middle of everything. It is right next to the Hard Rock and all the round bars. I recommend a visit to the U Star Bar! About a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and there is a tourist stand just outside hotel that can organise tours etc. People have mentioned the noise and yes you can hear it in your room, it didn't bother us as we were hardly in our room. Only down fall now shade around rooftop bar and only shade cloth over some of the chairs around the pool, therefore was very hot. Overall all we loved our stay and will come again. Thank you to all the staff for our enjoyable trip.

I recommend to not stay a single second in this hotel due to below reasons: - The stay was very terrible. - The staff was not friendly at all. - They are charging for everything almost. - Filthy towels and bed sheets.

We stayed for 3 days in this property during our recent Phuket visit. Pros The location is amazing... five minutes walk to the main Patong beach. Adjoining the famous OTOP Shopping Area. Next to Hard Rock Cafe. Very lively and happening area with lots of eateries and massage parlours around. The rooms are huge with big bathrooms and very spacious balconies. Difficult to come across this size of hotel rooms these days Breakfast spread is basic but not bad. Nothing like the huge buffet spreads we find at 4* and 5*. Cons The feel of the property is a bit old and worn out. The lobby is very unappealing and looks like a two star. We took a room on the seventh floor which was fine however the noise from the clubs close by are a big issue in the rooms on lower floors. The pool and restaurant on roof top is usually sans any staff which was a bit odd as you would not know where to ask for towels or any thing else. For us it was great value for money it depends on what deal one has got and what are the expectations. All in all we were happy with our stay.

I'm shocking this is four stars hotel I don't know what To say The only thing good there is the space with balcony Not recommended الفندق سيء جداً لا موقع ولا خدمة وازعاج صح ان الغرف كبيرة لكن سيئة دور غيره افضل
