This is a lovely hotel nicely tucked away in the back streets away from the noise. We had a family suite which was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony of the sea was simply a wonderful way to wake up in a morning. There is a very nice pool to relax and have a few cold beers in the afternoon. Thankfully the gym is right next to the pool and bar so you can quickly work off those extra calories. Highly recommend this hotel.

In 2015 we had our frist stay in this hotel and we had here such a wonderful time, that we came back every year for 6 weeks. The last time was Jan./March 2018. Our room on 15.floor, the pool area, the short cut to the beach with the nice plants and - not to forget - the breakfast and the restaurant, we liked everything so much. The staff serves an excellent breakfast and Mr. Teep created the best soup of the world. Everybody is helpfull and kind. In the Andaman Beach Suite we feel like member in a family. We are looking forward coming back in 2019! Anjo Germany

No feeling is better than waking up in the morning in front of a Sea. The Credit goes to Andaman Beach Suites Hotel for the same. Welcome Drink and Frozen Face Napkins for Refreshment were so refreshing. I felt the management team can still improve the quality of basic facilities provided to the Customers. What disturbed me was after staying for 4 days at the hotel, while checking out we asked for water and they replied that it will be chargeable..That is the only non-sense thing i found. Overall Pleasant Experience..!!!

We visited Phuket and stayed at the hotel from the 21/3/2018 and checked out on the 27/3/2018. On arrival we were warmly received at reception . We requested a sea facing room as high up and weren't disappointed being accommodated in a deluxe triple room on the 17th floor with the most beautiful view. Facilities , pool, gym and breakfast was very good . Breakfast accommodated for all, however on request the chef can be most obliging and whip up a veg dish. bathing beaches, famous Bangla road and mall are within walking distance. Staff commitment to our request was excellent. I rated the hotel 4 as the rooms need some R and R. Will definitely stay here again

I must say this hotel is a very good place to stay for those who want the view of andaman sea in morning.....better go for a sea view room which is on 17th floor....pool facility is good and they also have happy hours for bars which you can enjoy near the pool.

The hotel is located just a stones throw away from the Patong Beach. We stayed here for 2 nights. We had taken a family suite on the 5th floor. I would however advise that one should opt for rooms on the higher floors as that provides view of the ocean. The breakfast spread was varied bv and satisfying.

The hotel was in an excellent location for all the action in the Patong beach area. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, Thai massage, tour outfits, and the walking street. If you want quiet then don't leave the hotel. It has a beautiful pool and deck area, dining by the pool, a spa and fitness center, and lounge with live piano music. Usually, a hotel so close to the beach will have direct access but you have to go out the front door and walk around the block to get to the beach. It's about a 10 minute walk. The room had a beautiful view of sunset. The hotel is located in the middle of the bay. The staff was very helpful and most spoke very good English. If I needed help with something, someone came to the room quickly. (I accidentally blew a fuse by plugging in the wrong thing without the proper converter and I couldn't figure out how to get the hot water on.) They arranged taxis when I needed for no more than if we went outside to get it ourselves and were able to put it on the room charge.

Absolutely love this place. Close to everything and really enjoyed breakfast by the pool. Lots of massage salons and restaurants near the hotel. Amazing location. Lots of activities including baby stroller obstacle course along the ultra narrow pavements. Cocktails and dreams ! Don’t even think of going to Phuket during Chinese New Year!

Yeah as said, the hotel is right in the middle of everything, but has an old feel ( not like the old charm feel, but more like structurally old ) , as in the hotel has seen better times long time back. The rooms are ok, with a balcony and ours was overlooking the sea ( which was a definitely a good view ). We had some air conditioning problems and it took a long long time to rectify.

We stayed at Andaman Beach Suites for 11 nights and the location was amazing. It was perfectly located in the centre of everything, and only a short 10 min walk to the beach, Bangla road and Jungceylon shopping centre. Plenty of places to eat, massages, shops, and everything we needed was only a few steps away. Our room, however, was very mediocre. We booked the Superior City View room and it was located in a separate building to the side. We had to walk to the main building for reception, breakfast and use the facilities. Although one of the perks was we got a rooftop pool in our building that very few others used, had it all to ourselves most of the time. When we first walked into our room there was a very strong and unpleasant smell of bleach or some cleaning chemicals. We notified reception and they said they sent someone to spray the room but there was hardly any difference, we soon got used to the smell. There were also dark stains on the bathroom floor and the mattress was very hard for my liking. We asked for a room upgrade, the reception staff said he'll contact me the following day but I never heard from him. Furthermore, our booking included drinks and fruits on arrival which were both neglected until I asked the following morning. Breakfast was okay however quite limited. But a plus were the pools, it was very nice and clean. Overall, Andaman was good value for money and was great in terms of location but it would've been a better experience if there was more love and care put into the place. I'd suggest staying in the seaview rooms and giving the city view rooms a pass unless you're really on a budget.
