The overall property is aging. There are other units available with higher end updates including insuite laundry, larger kitchen, etc. The pool is adequate. The location is close to Old Town and restaruants, shopping etc.

The condo was very clean. While the building is older, the condo itself had nice updates. It was great for our 17 night stay. Beds were comfortable. Loved the location and the pool area was a real highlight with the unusually hot weather in late February. Appreciated the quick responses from the managing company.
