🔥 Pool Heating Information (Important)
• Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee
• Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in to allow system preparation
• If pool heating is added, it must remain on for the entire duration of your stay and cannot be turned on or off for individual days
• To ensure proper operation, the pool vacuum must remain in the pool at all times, as it controls the pool pump. Without the pump running, the pool heater will not function
• Pool heater and pool pump may only be operated by property management or the pool technician

⚠️ Winter Notice: Heating the pool to approximately 80°F during winter months requires significant heat usage and must be arranged in advance as a paid service. Any attempt to turn on or tamper with the pool or heating system without prior purchase will result in a $1,000+ fee.

• Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home for safety

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability
