Shopping, Bars, hundreds of restaurants, golfing, 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to airport, 7 minutes to Anaheim Angles spring training, 2 casinos within 3 miles, fashion malls, downtown Tempe(ASU),Chandler,Gilbert, parks & recreation, Mexico ( Puerto Penasco ) is 3 hours away with a beach on the ocean ( Gulf of California), mountain hiking on South Mountain is 1 mile away, and breath taking sunsets and rock formations. THINGS TO DO : BARRET JACKSON , RUSSO AND STEEL, PGA GOLF, NASCAR, SPRING TRAINING MLB, GOLD MINING, ATV RIDING, 1 mile to NHRA TRACK/ CASINO AND 2 MALLS CLOSE.

You are also welcome to pick any fruit off the trees when in season. ( red ruby grapefruit , lemon and lime)..They are great for cooking or making a refreshing cocktail.
