This house was good for our group of 9. The backyard outdoor space is amazing (pool, hot tub, seating). The kitchen and living room areas were great. Bedrooms were good, although the mattresses are a bit hard. Only downside to the inside is while there are two bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is part of the master suite, so with 9 girls getting ready, it was difficult having to go through one of the bedrooms. A few more mirrors in the house would have reduced the need for bathroom access (a simple fix!). We suggest more lighting on the outside of the front of the house. The street itself is dark with very few street lights. We arrived at night and had a very hard time finding the house because we couldn't see the house number. Overall, we'd recommend this house and the property management. Excellent communication.

Perfect spring break!

We used to live in AZ and headed back with our kids for a spring break visit! The house was perfect! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room and were in the pool and hot tub everyday! Our biggest problem was getting them to leave the house so we could go enjoy other activities around Arizona! The location is perfect, very nice and safe neighborhood, we went running everyday. It’s also close to a ton of good food, shopping, and entertainment. If we go back we’ll try to stay here again.

Spring break get away

Met another family of friends at this location and we shared it for a couple of days. House had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Cleanliness was ok but could have been better. Trash and hot tub was never cleaned prior to our arrival. Had to call the emergency number of the host to have the issue taken care of the next day. Unfortunately we lost out on a day of using the hot tub, which is one of the reasons we booked this location and were not compensated for the inconvenience. Staff that arrived the next day was friendly and had the hot tub cleaned and up and running the next day. Overall stay was ok.

The house has three king size memory foam mattresses. The bunk room has three queen over queen bunk beds. Those mattresses are super firm, and you feel like you are sleeping on the floor. That room also has a service door because it used to be a garage. The hottub was brand new and we loved it. The bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t the cleanest. There was still hair in the showers and on the walls/baseboards. There was trash behind the night stand. The walls could use a good wipe down, along with the doors.

Overall, this was a great property. There were minor issues such as shower curtains not positioned correctly to keep water in when showering and the virtual assistant not working. But overall, the space was nice and allowed for a good trip.

Great pool!

The best part was the heated pool and hot tub. This was a big hit for our family vacation. The house was as advertised and the beds were comfortable. Property manager was extremely responsive and kept us up to date with everything.
