Nice place for the money. Arrived at night and had trouble finding our apartment. Complex is confusing to navigate with all the gates. Overall it was a good stay. Apartment was clean and well furnished witg everything we needed. Building is dated and could use an updated HVAC system since you are not able to run A/C when system is switched to heat.

Poor communication from the host lead to a nightmare check in process and left us in the lurch for 4 hours. Apparently you need to provide an ID, which I have never had to do before, but I say apparently because the information was never sent to me asking to do so. So I had to call VRBO support which took its time connecting to the host. The host probably has 1000 other units, definitely a big operation where things fall through the cracks. After getting the code over the phone the rest of the visit was mostly smooth. Only other complaint was the place was 81 degrees on the thermostat when we arrived. Nice beds and bathrooms. It was clean and quite. Rocky start with little to no apology but other than that it was fine.

2 King beds 2 Full Bathrooms

Great for two people or two couples with the 2 King beds 2 Full Bathrooms! Beautiful Pool, hottub, and quite neighborhood. Top floor with elevator. walking distance dozens of restaurants, shopping, coffee, and to the canal walking paths (if weather permits). Gated inner area within the large Maya Condominiums complex protects the pool, clubhouse, and hottub accessed using a keycard. There is an on site security guard and this unit comes with one nearby covered parking space in the lot named phase 2. We Definitely recommend!!!

Nice apartment

The inside of the apartment was really cute. Decorated nicely. Great view of the pool and palm trees. Pool was nice. We were able to walk to most restaurants and shopping.
