Night falls? Flip on the lights at the 4,000 sq ft putting green just outside the main home and sink putts under the stars, cocktail in hand. And when you're ready for tech-driven precision, step inside to the Full Swing Pro Golf Simulator, the same one used by the pros.



Inside, the estate spans over 7,800 square feet, with 8 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 20 guests. Two full kitchens, expansive common areas, and massive windows bring the outdoors in, while high-end finishes—natural stone, custom maple and redwood millwork, Viking appliances—remind you this is no ordinary rental.



The master suite is a retreat all its own, featuring a spa-style soaking tub, wet sauna, fireplace, and glass walls framing the sweeping views. The attached guest quarters include a full kitchen, private bedroom and bath, and an extended balcony for added privacy and space.

Guest Access & Property Use

As our guest at Saguaro Point, you’ll have full access to the entire estate, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. Feel free to explore and enjoy everything the property has to offer—from the putting greens to the private balconies. While we encourage you to take in the natural beauty of the desert surroundings, please use caution when venturing off designated paths, as the terrain and wildlife can be unpredictable.



Mail & Deliveries

Please note that mail and packages cannot be delivered directly to the property. For your convenience, we recommend using a local parcel locker or arranging pickup at a nearby post office.



Maintenance Visits

To keep the estate in top condition, routine maintenance services such as landscaping, pool care, pest control, and trash removal may occur during your stay.



Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available based on availability—please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request. A late check-out fee starting at $500 may apply if the property is not vacated by the designated time.



Hot Tub/Pool Heating

- It is $75/night to heat the hot tub.

- It is $175/night to heat both the pool & hot tub.

* There is a 3 consecutive night minimum for hot tub & pool heating.
