The open floor plan w/ full kitchen, dining & living area leads to a private patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. One en suite bedroom features a private entrance and kitchenette, offering added flexibility. Fully furnished for your convenience, this condo is located in a complex with a pool and hot tub, making it an ideal retreat for work or leisure.
Only Park in space # 74. This unit has only 1 assigned parking place and you CANNOT park in any other space that is labeled or numbered unless it says guest parking. You can park on the street in front of the condo.

NO parties or large gatherings in the condo or in pool area.
