Sleeping arrangements
This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, en-suite remodeled bathroom, closet, TV, and balcony. A second upstairs bedroom includes a king bed with closet, and another holds a bunk bed with two full beds and a trundle twin. On the main floor, a second primary bedroom has a king bed with a bathroom next door and closet.

Outdoor living
The backyard is a true retreat with a private pool and hot tub, both available year-round. Pool heating is optional from October 15 to May 15 for an additional fee. Lounge chairs, outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a gas grill create inviting spaces to unwind or dine al fresco. A basketball court, cornhole, and foosball table offer plenty of entertainment under the open sky.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen includes ample prep space, refrigerator, gas stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Gather around the dining table for shared meals or step outside to enjoy the Arizona air while you cook on the grill.

Comfort & convenience
Guests have access to a laundry room with free washer and dryer. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, along with extras like room-darkening shades, ironing facilities, and a drying rack. Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans, ensure year-round comfort. High-speed wireless internet and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to stay connected.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with little ones is easy here, with a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s books and toys, dinnerware, and board games provided. Entertainment also includes a TV, game console, and arcade games.

Safety & access
Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and garage, along with a video doorbell. Noise sensors are installed indoors and outdoors but do not record audio or video. The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is simple with a keypad entry.

Set in a quiet Glendale neighborhood, the home is just 3 miles from Arrowhead Towne Center, where you’ll find shopping and restaurants. Mariners Spring Training is a 10-minute drive, and the AZ Cardinals Stadium is about 20 minutes away. Golf courses and local conveniences are also within easy reach.
