Very Close to State Farm Stadium

We stayed here for the 2024 NCAA Final Four tournament. It was very easy access to the State Farm Stadium. Couldn't have been a better location for that. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy access to freeway but not close enough for noise. The house is very clean but could use some updating and attention to detail. The neighborhood was a little noisy. Overall we were comfortable but not wowed.

Great Location

We found this location great for our purposes. Close to our parents' assisted living in Sun City. Close to grocery shopping and close to the Arrowhead mall. Close to the Skunk Creek walking trail.
