This beautiful 2154 sq ft home comes fully furnished situated directly on the Golf course and located in a 55+ gated community for active seniors. Renters can be as young as 45.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master and guest rooms both have queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a pull down queen murphy bed along with built in desk. 2 car garage. You would have access to 4 heated pools, 3 outdoor and 1 indoor along with sauna and hot tubs.
Also INCLUDED in this resort community are (3)-18 hole golf courses, pickleball, tennis , bocce courts, softball, 2 full-size gyms, 2 full service restaurants, 2 bars, large theater, creative arts and dance studios, and a variety of clubs.
Included is high speed internet, subscription to YouTube tv and all utilities. There are 3 large flat screen TVs and a gas fireplace. Supplied are towels, sheets, dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots, blender, coffee machine, food processer, rice cooker, bread maker and mixer.
There is a covered patio surrounded by misters to keep you cool, with patio furniture and electric grill.

The home is spacious and in a great community. Having the golf course in the backyard was scenic. The patio is enormous and well furnished. The amenities of the community were great. Shirley was easy to deal with and responded very quickly when called upon. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Shirley's place, on the 2nd green of Eagles Nest golf course at Pebble Creek. The house is just like the pictures. We had two questions during our stay and Shirley responded very promptly. We definitely would stay there again and really enjoyed Pebble Creek.

Lovely Home, Accessible Host
This was a lovely home on the golf course. There was a front and back patio so always somewhere to sit in the sun. Shirley was very accessible and always happy to answer questions. We would be happy to stay there again.
