INTERESTED IN POOL HEAT?
Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day, please let us know if you would the pool heated so we can invoice you for that separately*** This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

Pool heat pumps are meant to maintain a warmer water temperature in cooler temps. Unfortunately, heat pumps don’t operate in weather less than 50 degrees. Therefore, if it is colder than 50 degrees outside, we’ll be unable to heat your pool. When temps are around 50-65, the water temp is possible to maintain roughly between 70-72 degrees unless it dips at night below 50, shutting down the pump.

Over all great home. In great location. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed. I think provided charges would have been nice. Would give full stars but the pool was not warm the first two days. Which was a little frustrating because we did pay extra for that amenity. But over all. Great experience.

The house is clean and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need & there are plenty of towels for the bathroom and pool. Location is great, close to walking path, coffee, and grocery store! The host is quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We will definitely be coming back!

Spring Training 2024

Location was perfect because we came for Spring Training. Upon arrival, however, the cleaning people did not show. I contacted the host. We were told the business manager would be out to greet us. This did not happen. We went to dinner. When we returned cleaning people had another 45 minutes to finish. Once completed we were all set. We were very inconvenienced but it was handled. A few minor things - master bathroom shower and toilet room extremely small, shower in other bathroom difficult to turn on, outside furniture not overly comfortable and pool was cold - pool person told us there is a heater but the temp is kept on the cool side. One last thing - walking path around the lakes is very nice.

Loved the Sunsets and Views!

We had a great time in this home! It was very clean, spacious, and 10 minutes to great hiking. Lots of comfortable furniture to hang out in the back yard for those gorgeous sunsets and relaxing by the pool. We plan to come back as soon as we can :)
