I booked the location with the two queen beds and a pull out couch. The beds were definitely not queen beds. They were doubles. In addition it was 75 in the room when we arrived and I attempted to adjust the thermostat to 70 and it would not work. It was late and we went to bed with out calling front desk. When we woke up in the morning it was 78 in there. In the morning I attended to make coffee and the coffee maker had an old coffee stuck in the machine and the packet of creamer was very old and just clumped on the top of the coffee. Having said all that. The room was clean. The staff was great and most likely would have addressed my concerns if I had asked but it was a late check in and early check out due to my travel.
Property was very nice and clean. There was an excess amount of noise from other guests. Unable to sleep due to the yelling, and slamming of doors and sounds of something being dropped. I called front desk and asked for a late checkout because I didn’t get enough sleep and they couldn’t acomódate me.
Check in was quick and easy. Parking was convenient and plenty of it. The rooms were very clean and smelled very good. The whole hotel was clean and spotless. Staff was so very friendly.
Check in was horrible we arrived a few minutes early and was told a room was ready. We got keys grabbed all of our belongings and went to the room, it was not even touched yet for cleaning. Came back to front desk was told since we are early to come back at check-in time. Went to grab some food came back after the check-in in time so we thought room should be ready. The room was not even touched went back to front desk and was told sorry we just have to wait. We originally booked a double bed but was not even offered a solution. We asked can we just get a single bed since we been driving and traveling all day. Finally got a room. Besides the check-in frustration the place was very nice and the cleaning staff was very friendly. We dont usually do negative reviews but this time horrible check-in experience.

We had a late check in (1am) and 4 rooms to check in to. The girl at front desk was friendly, patient with all of us, and extremely accommodating. The rooms were excellent and overall a great experience!
My stay was just a little disappointing. My room was on the third floor. The ice machine was out of service in addition to the the ice machine on the second floor. I had to go the ground floor to use that machine to get ice. Should I book a room there again I would hope that this inconvenience be eliminated from my stay so that I can recommend this hotel to others.
This place got the job done while we were traveling. Perfect for quick over night while traveling.
Staff is very courteous. Have everything you need for a full and pleasant breakfast.
The room was clean and spacious. It's far enough from the freeway that I didn't notice traffic. Breakfast room has cool air blowing in that made good hot food too cold too fast. Elevator needs some sprucing up. Good shopping and restaurants nearby.
This hotel was conveniently located to a weekend conference, which is why we chose it. Our stay was short, but exactly what we needed. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. We rested well, because it was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious- so many choices! It was a good experience all around!
