I spent far too much time on the phone trying to get locks to work. Smoke detectors were missing from their connectors, the houses were gritty and dirty, we had to spend personal money on getting an exterminator after the rental company said they couldn't do anything, door knobs were missing, soiled mattresses, refrigerator was broken and no solution from the rental company. Overall the rental would've been great if they handled the basics well. For what we spent we aren't too satisfied with how things were prepared and handled
