This 2002 building has plenty of room with high ceilings and over 1,000 sq feet of space. Two bedrooms with a comfy king size bed and queen bed,the couch converts into a queen size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, pans, dishes,everything you need for great dinner at home. 58”large screen television with Netflix and Amazon Prime in the family room. New fridge,washer and dryer. Reserved covered carport behind the unit and usually plenty of parking in front.Community pool with Key entry, grill and dining area along the pool side.

The location is great! It's close to shopping, grocery stores, amazing sight seeing, freeways, and if you want to walk you can get to a quite a few restaurants in minutes. The VRBO was cleaned immaculately and had all we needed for our 3 night stay. We had a minor hiccup with the pool key but the Host responded immediately and drove a key over. We enjoyed our stay!

Great condo. The one bedroom tv needs to be turned on, etc at the set. The remote wouldn't do it, as far as we could figure out. We couldn't regulate the temperature for the air conditioner. The owner responded when I would text or call. That was nice! It was very sufficient for our stay.

Loud neighbor

Nice and clean standard apartment. Has most things you need for a few days. Close to old town but not in old town, which is good. Parking is inconvenient because you have to go around the building to the back. Parking on the street in front was ok. Not sure if women will feel comfortable alone. The next door neighbor came out every few hours to talk on his phone very loudly in front of my window. Very annoying. FYI- 2nd floor walk up.

The condo was fairly comfortable, but not as clean as I'd like and the toweks had a bad smell. The toilet paper dispenser in madtet bedroom was detached from the wall. It was a little noisy. Kitchen was nice and check in & out was easy. noisynoisy
