This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.

This listing is for the entire condo. The thing we love most about this place is that it has character! It`s located in a unique cluster of condos that were all built in the 1960s and `70s (this area of Scottsdale is a little older and has class and charm. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
**STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE UNIT**
SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom with queen size bed Guest bedroom with queen size bed Full size air mattress Guest bathroom in hallway
COMMON AREAS: Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. There is a community laundry room on the property that is coin operated and virtual pay through an app. Available on Google play and Apple Store.
(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: *Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed. *Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year. *We do not have control or authority over the community vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) they have access the grounds and service may occur during your stay.

Getting Around: We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

The Apartments on the Orange Tree Square
The apartments surround a square where the pool BBQ and your come go action takes place. The apartment itself is nice, decorated with blue which is everywhere. But, since you are not there you can see it and not. The basic items are available, there are a group of large laundry machines so you can go home with clean clothes I found that a plus. The bed is fine and no complaints other than bring your own soaps and shampoos. 1/2 used giant bottles used by many did not work for me, they may for you. The manager is very helpful and guided us through the temp and other items. Overall for price, location and a definite try to be very helpful to those who stay there I believe they did a good job. I would recommend this for those who like to swim either early afternoon or evening Close to shopping ladies. And, near a place to taste various beer guys. Enjoy.

A Great Location
Scottsdale Old Town is a great place to spend time enjoying the wonderful weather and fantastic shops and restaurants. This condo is located within easy walking distance of several great restaurants and stores. It was a delightful place for our three week stay. It had plenty of room and could not have been cleaner. Everything was provided that you would need - toiletries, linens, kitchen items. The area around the condo was very quiet. Jon was always ready to respond to any concerns or questions we might have had. We could have not asked for a nicer place to spend our time. We look forward to visiting and renting this condo again.

The property was great for our trip!
Pros:
The condo was very cute and spacious. Everything was put together just fine and the owner was extremely responsive with any questions I had which I very much appreciated. The condo was well putting together and well maintained. The location of the property is right in the middle of Old town which means walking distance to everything (weather permitting).
Cons:
Nothing major, but if you are like us and like to cook your own meals you may find that kitchen is a little bare (but still "do-able"). I would have loved to have a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products around the house to be able to clean a bit more and the carpet, although clean (I saw the cleaning lady there as we checked in) should be changed as the light color leads it to look old.
Other than the minor "cons", I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Scottsdale.

Quiet, convenient, well-equipped condo
My husband and I had a quick getaway to Scottsdale to go to a Giants game (cactus league; spring training) for my birthday. MLB spring training season is an expensive time to be in Scottsdale and the condo was a much more affordable option than a hotel. Plus, we enjoy not eating out for every single meal. The condo was in a fantastic location (street was very quiet but easy walk to the stadium and to lots of good shops, restaurants, and bars and easy to catch the Old Town trolley) and was well-stocked. Not overly luxurious but certainly well-maintained. Nice to have designated parking (in the shade, too). A car really is necessary for decent grocery shopping, although the Circle K in walking distance was much ritzier than your average convenience store. Jon was amazingly prompt in responding to e-mail inquiries and the whole experience was really great.

Comfy Condo
We came from Canada for a week's stay for a family wedding with our daughter and teen granddaughter. This spacious condo was perfect for our needs and more affordable than a hotel. It was clean, comfortable and is exactly as described and as shown in all the photos. The windows face south so it was lovely to have the light come in. The beds were comfy, nice big closets with hangers, enough towels for the four of us. Great to have a designated parking spot at the side of the condo (look up for the stall #'s).
The kitchen was well stocked and we did most of our cooking there. We always like to stay in a place where previous tenants also leave behind any unused food, condiments, etc. (not biodegradable food), and we do the same.
The complex was quiet, the other neighbours were friendly. We enjoyed the sweet juicy oranges that fell from the tree in the courtyard. The pool wasn't heated but on a hot sunny day we braved it and once used to the temperature it was refreshing.
The condo is central to everywhere we went and walking distance to old Scottsdale with restaurants and shopping. Jon, the property manager was great with quick responses to any questions. My deposit was returned when promised. I would definitely stay here again!
