Take a dip in the newly renovated mini pebble tec swimming pool (see our note below), or grab your favorite beverage as you relax by the modern gas firepit. Grab a fishing pole and do some catch and release fishing from the spacious, private boat dock or take the peddle boat out for some fun and exercise!

Cook your favorite dinner in the outdoor kitchen which features a very large gas grill, 2 side burners, a mini-refrigerator, and a sink equipped with a garbage disposal. Surrounded by a bar that seats 7 people, it’s the perfect gathering spot! Enjoy watching the hot air balloons that dot the sky over the mountains. Or, right outside the front door, enjoy some more fun, conversation, and relaxing moments in the private, beautifully landscaped courtyard. Even enjoy a lemon, orange, or tangerine from the citrus trees in the yard!

Gather in the spacious kitchen and family room that features a large island bar, vegan leather sofa, and comfy chairs. You will find this home to be fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals! You might even be surprised by some of the offerings the kitchen provides in addition to the modern stainless steel refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, self-cleaning oven, over-the-range microwave, and very quiet dishwasher.

Adding to your kitchen cooking convenience is a variety of both indoor-use and outdoor-use dishes and glasses - all of which are dishwasher and microwave safe. You will also find a wide variety of nonstick pots and pans, cooking utensils, a crockpot, dip warmer, coffee pot, toaster, Keurig, mixer, and a blender and food processor. You’ll have all the bakeware you’ll need to make your special meals including pizza pans, cookie sheets, muffin tins, roasting pans, and casserole dishes!

EXPANSIVE DINING TABLE AND LIVING ROOM:
Enjoy your freshly prepared dinner around the dining room table that comfortably seats 8 people (there is also a high chair for little ones). After dinner, sit around the large table and play cards, checkers, chess, or board games. You will find comfortable, high-quality memory foam mattresses in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. There are 2 queen beds in the main bedroom along with a private bathroom with shower and large soaker tub, a spacious walk-in closet, another large Roku Smart TV, and beautiful views of the swimming pool and lake! In the main bedroom closet is a pack-n-play for little ones as well as a portable high chair that can easily be moved to the kitchen or dining room.

Each of the 2 additional bedroom also include a comfortable queen bed as well as a closet and dresser for storing your belongings. These bedrooms have easy access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There are also 2 portable single beds (measuring 75”L x 31”W x 14”H) with 5- inch deep memory foam mattresses that hold up to 250 pounds each. These beds can be conveniently rolled into the family room or living room for additional sleeping options.

CONVENIENT LOCATION TO AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Adding to what makes this luxury lakeside gem even more outstanding is it’s convenient location! Although it sits in a quiet, upscale, residential neighborhood, it’s only minutes away from entertainment, action, and excitement! Hop on the 101 and head to the beautiful outdoor mall or indoor mall where shopping and restaurants abound. Head to your favorite football and hockey arenas or a casino, enjoy baseball spring training or a concert, get in a round or two of golf, play at the water park or amusement park, or spend a night on the town in Scottsdale! Prefer to stay in the neighborhood? Take a leisurely stroll through the lakefront community, play basketball or volleyball at the park, watch the wildlife from one of the public benches conveniently located around the lake, or hike on the trails throughout the mountains adjoined to this lakeside community!

Our cleaning crew is committed to disinfecting our home between guest stays - including the use of bleach to clean sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, door knobs, light switches, and high-touch surfaces. We also provide our guests with contactless check-ins and check-outs (without any in-person contact).

A NOTE ON OUR POOL, HOA, AND SECURITY:
Our pool season typically runs May through September as our pool is not heated. Depending on weather conditions and pool temperature, our pool season can begin as early as April and extend through October. There is water in our pool all year round (it is not covered). It is maintained and serviced by a professional pool company on a weekly basis throughout the year. Our pool is equipped with a floating thermometer so the temperature can be checked. Please note US Masters Swimming and National Center for Cold Water Safety indicates swimming in pool temperatures below 70 is unsafe.

Our Homeowners Association requires all guests for all vacation rentals in the Arrowhead Lakes neighborhood be registered with the HOA. This $25 property fee (HOA registration fee) is included in your payment to reserve our home. Once your reservation is made, we will send you a welcome letter with a request to provide us with the information our HOA requires for all guests of all vacation rentals including the names and addresses of everyone over the age of 18 as well as vehicle information (make, model, year, and license plate number) or if it’s a rental car. We provide 1 parking space in our garage and 2 parking spaces in our driveway (for a maximum of 3 vehicles total). Please note our HOA does not all parking on the streets of the neighborhood. Thank you.

For security purposes, our Arrowhead Lakes Home is equipped with a driveway camera and Ring doorbell at the front entrance.
