The house when we arrived was in excellent condition. Clean, well stocked, and perfect for our length of stay. Jennifer was quick to respond via the VRBO app whenever there was a question or issue. The only thing that would have made the stay even better would have been a laundry basket so we didn't have to pile our dirty clothes on the floor before washing them. We would easily recommend this property and Jennifer to others coming to Phoenix. For us, this is a strong consideration for future visits.
