Have fun on the waterslide, or shoot hoops in the pool with the poolside hoop! Soak in the 7-seat hot tub or grill out for a BBQ. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, this charming house offers a cozy living room with a double futon for additional space. Guests can relax in the soothing ambiance of 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers. Enjoy all that Fountain Hills has to offer when you stay at our place. We have a 2-car garage, a pack and play for babies, and a covered veranda patio in the backyard with panoramic views. The home is stocked with games, pool toys, and floats. Enjoy fresh landscaping, ficus trees, and a beautiful olive tree that makes you feel like you're in Tuscany on the Italian-inspired pool deck. Walk to Safeway, Starbucks, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Very close to the iconic fountain. You could walk there in 20-25, or it's a 4-minute drive!

There is lots to do here. Hike, swim, golf, go salt-river tubing, horseback riding, zip lining, shooting range, visit western towns, and visit the art fairs that Fountain Hills frequently has.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Take out the trash that you used. Make sure the trash cans are LOCKED with the bungee cords. Javelina pigs will knock unstrapped trash all over the driveway if not done.
Make sure doors and windows re shut and locked. Make sure the garage door is closed. Leave the side gate unlocked as well as the laundry room door into the garage unlocked.
Remove personal items, clean out the fridge/freezer with unused food items, load and start the dishwasher. Strip beds and pile used towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Host interaction was fine. Lack of comfortable furniture inside and out was disappointing. Pool and views are definitely the highlights of the property. Supply of glasswarewas minimal. Interior has several step down areas which didn't really affect our group but could definitely become a trip/fall hazard for the less nimble visitor.
