Property nicely kept. The noise level in one of the rooms was quite loud at night and had to finally request the front desk to quiet down.
No microwave or refrigerator; no free breakfast; high prices for food items; no bottle opener in room
Decent hotel. Pleasant stay. Value for money. Slightly dated hotel, service was ok (had to call back thrice to get towels, coffee replaced). Plenty of (paid) parking, area felt safe, quiet.
I did not like the fact that they charged us for parking each day. The staff was really good especially the coffee shop staff inside the hotel.
Would have preferred free parking but is was reasonable at $5 a day.
When you come out of 110 temperature he doesn’t feel comfortable to walk into a building and have to walk down 100° hallway they need to work on air-conditioners in the building

I was very surprised at the end of the three night stay that I had to pay for parking. I will NOT book with Marriott in the future.
Clean room, quiet area and it was a convenient location for us. We would definitely stay there again. Only down side was that the side door into the hotel would not work with the room key card.
Twice we were given keys that did not work. Also they charged us for parking but never told us. I don’t think that’s legal.

The hotel itself is nice, just your average courtyard. The beds are insanely uncomfortable for my taste but everyone likes something different so not a big deal. My issue was the pool hours. The pool is open until 11pm every night. Our room faced the pool which at first seemed better than a parking lot view. Our first night we quickly realized how wrong we were. Even though the pool patrons were insanely loud they cleaned up and went to their rooms when the pool closed at 11. The third night we were there was a different story. At about 1030 a fight broke out at the pool which continued well after the pool closed. At 11 instead of going up to their rooms they just moved their loud fight party just outside the pool area. They played music until well after music were shouting and screaming. It was insane. Then after finally falling asleep at about 230am I was woken up by loud yelling in the hallway and people banging on doors. Men were looking for someone and it was slightly scary. That went on for a good twenty minutes. I’m not sure if this was just an isolated incident but we definitely won’t be stay there again and if you decide to book ask for a room away from the pool.

We stayed two nights. Parking was ample and convenient. Check-in was quick and courteous. The room was spotless, up to date, and in very good condition. The beds were very comfortable. An ironing board, iron, and hair drier were tucked away in the closet. The in-room coffee maker worked well. The tiny restaurant was very reasonably priced and the staff very friendly and helpful. There are many dining options within easy walking distance. At least two gasoline stations within one block. We did not visit the pool or the business center.
Never stayed at this hotel before... my room and bathroom were updated and new looking and fresh...NO odors anywhere (carpet, sink drains, drapes)...NO mold anywhere in bathroom or tub... SO DELIGHTED!!! They even put a Clorox wet wipes individually wrapped on top on the remote control for the TV so I could wipe it down before I touch it!!! I usually bring my own Clorox tub of wipes to wipe everything down in the hotel when I first arrive but did NOT have to at this hotel! SOOOO QUIET at night and bed and pillows were fabulous!!!! I will stay there again!
