This place was perfect! The pool area and patio were great to relax in and enjoy the sun! Solid communication with the owners, flexible with my travel plan changes with a delayed flight issue and the location couldn’t be better. Very quiet neighborhood that is spot on for morning walks. I’d definitely come back here!

It was a very good place to stay. Location was wonderful. The house was very clean and well stocked. Pool was much bigger than most. Owner was wonderful and easy to work with and extremely accommodating . The only reason I didn’t give an excellent rating is because the outside furniture is showing wear. Family Scottsdale Trip

This was a great house in a great location. Very close to all the great restaurants and bars in Scottsdale. The pool was fantastic, definitely the highlight of the trip for us to be able to walk out and relax in the pool. Brad is a great host and super responsive.

Great get-away property for rest and relaxation. Near many convenient locations, food, highways, ect

5 days was not enough time at this property. Loved the pool and I would recommend getting it heated, as we did in March. Interior was open and clean. Host was easy to work with and communication was excellent. Would return to this home and also recommend it to others.

Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown but far enough away to be peaceful. If you go in the winter spend the extra money to heat the pool. Worth every penny of it.

Loved the heated pool

Great house for a family of 4. Master bedroom is spacious with private bath. The heated pool was a huge hit around New year's despite the cool air temps. Kitchen is newly renovated. A few items (oils, coffee, filters, etc) were available upon checkin which was appreciated. Only issue for us was the water had a chlorine taste that we are not used to, similar to many hotels we have stayed at, but found leaving water out for a little while was sufficient to remove the flavor.

Property was great. Our family of 5 had a great stay! Close to Old Scottsdale and coming back every night for a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking was perfect. Brad was super responsive to any questions and property was well stocked with the basics - shampoo, body wash and laundry detergent. Will book again on our next trip!
