The pod coffee maker is not working properly, towels and sheets were worn, kitchen knives were rusty and broken, the darts for dart board were all broken except for 1, there were only 3 wine glasses, and grill was very dirty. The house was overly warm, even with all ceiling fans running. We have rented 5x in Scottsdale and while this property was updated and had a nice outdoor space, it did not compare with other properties in the price point.

The house was exactly as listed. Easy check in. Master shower felt like it had not been cleaned after last guests. Pool was warm upon arrival but got cold - we didn’t use it. The backyard is a nice private place to hang out.

My husband and I and 2 friends were very impressed with how nice the property was. Communicating with Evan was easy and stress free! The beds are super comfy and we enjoyed the backyard and pool! We will definitely rent with Evan again!
